Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Our stay was noisy with new flooring on walkways. Main bath had no mirror or toilet paper holder. Also could use handicap bars. Overall would book again.

Unfortunate

Unfortunately we had to move to a new condo after this unit flooded within 20 hours of being there. It would have been nice but 1 bathroom wasn’t even able to be used because it as being treated for a leak in the creaking and mold. That was prior to the flooding incident. It was a sad experience.

Don't book here

We were made aware of a leak in the unit above and were promised a reimbursement if we stayed because they didn't have anywhere to move us. No they never kept their word on the reimbursement and the management has not reposed to me. Plus the hall bath was full of black mold behind the toilet and the tv screen kept randomly going blank. Locating was great but the leak and mold were awful. And the management have not kept their word. I wouldnever book with them

Vacasa made it very easy to check in and checkout of this condo which was perfect for our family, very spacious and comfortable condo with easy ground floor access to beach and pool

A great rental, marred by iffy management

The property is in an amazing location, with close access to both the Gulf beach and a heated pool. The unit is clean and in good shape, if a little worn out from being a rental and being rather dated. The beds are ridiculously stiff. Despite the bright pictures in the listing, the unit is actually rather darkly lit.That said, the rental manager, Vacasa, and the condo HOA decided that an upstairs leaking toilet, which was creating a smelly damp stain on the ceiling in the second bathroom, was not a priority worth fixing while we were there. The HOA said they would fix it the following week, and Vacasa, after the initial report, went completely silent about it despite my follow-up inquiry.Was our trip ruined? No. The unit is a great option with amazing access to Gulf beach and pool. However, the communication from Vacasa and the lackadaisical approach to the upstairs toilet leak left me not wanting to rent this unit or with Vacasa ever again. I'm sure you will be happy to rent it provided there are no problems during your stay.Best of luck!

Navarre Towers 105

Nice condo with easy access to the beach. There were no instructions on how to work TV system. Different remotes needed. Sliding doors could use some WD40 as they were very hard to push open. I also wonder why they left the shag carpet in the one bedroom. I would replace that. My bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all necessary items provided.

Great location, easy access to beach

Great location with easy access to beach and pool area. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of storage. Bathrooms are dated, and the lighting in the bedrooms is very poor.

So close you can hear the ocean!

We loved the location of this property! It was perfect for getting to the beach. We also love hearing the ocean, and could hear the waves crashing all day and night. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be to take some time to do a little maintenance. For example, the screen on the main slider needs to be replaced. The door was also missing a handle. The microwave door broken and glued back together. The lighting could be updated. Despite these small issues, we would definitely come back. The water in Navarre is amazing. We really loved being able to ride our bikes along the path, and Gulf Islands National Seashore.

We stayed on the ground floor. Lobby door to the lobby swung back and first all day and night long !

We couldn’t get any rest with the Lonny door swinging back and for all day and night long. But other than that it was wonderful.

I wish I would have known this was by a management company. I could not get anyone on the phone about the internet. When I finally did no one got back to me.

Could not see beach dunes in the way. Outdated property. Very sterile bedding and not comfortable. Passcode for WiFi not given and took hours to get it. Passcode to get in the the gate from the beach again not given and took hours so we had to dangerously climb the fence. Not happy with this stay. We also had to leave 2 noghts early because of Covid and no refund for the 2 days was offered. We even asked for partial refund but was not given. Poor management through Vacasa and why VRBO offers the property whome we rented it from I will never know. They don't know anything about the property at all.

Right on the Beach

Property manager was awesome. Any questions I had were answered immediately. The unit did not have a blender and one was supplied within the hour. They were painting and doing construction during our stay so it was quite noisy during the day. But other than that we had a wonderful stay. Only steps to the beach!

Unpleasant Stay

Unfortunately when we got there, there was construction going on. We were never notified of this construction before hand. Causing us not to be able to use or even open out patio.. we couldn’t even see the beautiful beach from the patio because of all the construction and work going on, on out actual patio. We got this condo because it was first floor, easy access to the beach and grass for my kids to play in next to us.. ALL OF THAT was completely blocked off. The property itself was great! But this put a big damper on things that weekend.

We loved our stay at the beach. The room was clean to my expectations. I guess if i had to complain would be if i had known about the big tub in the main bath i would have choosen a different room my mother could not get into that big tub and it took us a while to figure out how to use the Tv . Other than that loved being at the beach would stay here again or at least a different room..

Great Access to the Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and the accessibility (with three kids 3 & under) was amazing. Our only complaint would be it lacked in supplies. I had to go buy potholders and a metal spatula for the grill. We would definitely stay there again though! Thanks for having us!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed the very clean condo. It was very spacious. The outdoor area made it amazing! Loved how close to the beach we were. Staying again in August.
