Gulf Front!! This is a newly updated and renovated corner unit 4 bedroom 3 bath townhouse that sits right on the beach with amazing views.

Items included for personal use during your stay:
-double kayak with life vests
-paddle board
-ping pong table
-beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, wagon
-beach mat with anchor
-beach toys including boogie boards and sand castle building equipment
-beach floats with electric pump

It sleeps nine very comfortably with a large master suite with king bed and seating area. vaulted ceilings. freshly painted. fully stocked kitchen. A very quiet and uncrowded beach but yet close to amenities. new carpet in master bedroom and recent painting. Outdoor enclosed shower on the bottom deck. There is also a large enclosed 2 car garage on ground level with room for bikes, storage etc... New Ping Pong table in garage. This is our personal vacation home that we occasionally rent out. There are no dingy musty smells common in other rentals. Each bed has a duvet cover that gets washed between guests. Every piece of linen gets washed between guests except for duvet insert. this is bright and airy with expansive views.

- upstairs master suite with private bathroom (shower/jetted tub combo).
private balcony. king bed.
-upstairs queen bedroom with shared hall full bathroom (tub/shower combo)
-up stairs bunk room (twin over full) with shared hall bathroom (tub/shower)
-downstairs (main floor) queen with ensuite full bathroom (shower only

Layout configuration: Garage is at sand level. First floor is up one set of stairs where there is the main living room, kitchen, queen bedroom with ensuite bath, and main balcony. up another set of stairs is the second floor where the remaining bedrooms including the master suite are.***refund for hurricanes that require evacuations, and only for those days that you will be displaced. For all other weather related issues the Vrbo cancellation policy will apply.

However by using them you agree that you are solely responsible for your safety. Amazing Getaway

Fantastic Beach House

We had an Amazing time at this location! It is set up so well for children and the walk to the beach was great!! Just a few steps and your there. It was so nice not to have to bring beach accessories because this place has everything you could need! We will definitely be back!!!

Loved the location being so close to the beach. The house had a few issues during our stay. Main patio door was broken, one of the bedrooceiling fans was broken, the upstairs carpet is very worn. Some of the A/C vents had mold around them and were dripping water (upstairs hallway and master bath). The master bath door was super hard to close. It needs to be cut down on the bottom. There is a lot of scuff marks on the walls downstairs. On a positive note Therran was very responsive and had someone come right over and address the ceiling fan issue and the patio door issue. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and overall very clean.

Navarre is a hidden Gem!

This is the third time our family has stayed in this condo. Great location on the beach, very clean with everything you need. All as described in the description. Lots of space and the lower level with ping pong, Kayak and beach chairs and extras is great. Excellent communication with the owners. Highly recommend!

3rd Annual Trip

This is our third year to this property as a family, and once again we had an amazing visit! The property was beautifully decorated and we loved the new sofa! Everything was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more and this is for a very large family who only cooks at home on these trips. Thank you for thinking of everything!! Oh and I must mention the sweet lady in charge of cleaning and supplies is amazing. We will see you next year!

Great location

The location of the property is great. We enjoyed our stay and would have given a higher rating aside for a couple of issues. There was quite a bit of black mold on a vent in one of the bathrooms and in the adjoining bedroom, as well as on the shower curtain in one of the upstairs bathrooms. The trash container outside was full when we arrived and smelled like it hadn't been taken out in at least a week before we got there. These are not all the issues, but the major ones we encountered. I will say the owner was quick to respond and offered to have the cleaning crew come out and address the issues, but not once was an apology even offered. While the location was great, I do not believe we would rebook this property.

Perfect beach house for a relaxing family vacation!!

Location: This house is in a very quiet area, away from the business and condo strips. It is right on the beach, allowing for immediate access to the dunes from the back deck. We loved the convenience of being able to go back and forth to the beach all day. The beach was active but not crowded, and we felt we had ample space. The back deck shares beach access stairs with the next-door unit, so occasionally we saw our neighbors on our shared deck and passed each other coming and going. Was slightly awkward, but not enough to detract from the great location. House: The house had clearly been newly renovated and we loved the tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. It felt spacious with lots of natural light. The kitchen was large and well appointed, the living area comfortably seated our family of 6, and the bedrooms provided enough space for us all to relax. The large deck off of the living area was great for al fresco meals. It was nice to be able to park our minivan in the garage. We especially enjoyed the large master suite, and loved watching the stars from the deck and waking up in the morning to incredible ocean views. The place felt like a home. Toys: We were pleased with the beach accessories. There was a portable shade structure, two-man beach kayak, paddle board, big ocean foam float, many boogie boards, inflatables, and sand toys, beach chairs, and a wagon to cart things over the dunes. We definitely appreciated the enclosed shower at the beach level to rinse off before coming into the house. The ping pong table in the garage was another fun attraction for our kids, with comfortable chairs nearby for observation. Attractions: Although the house is on a remote strip between the gulf and the bay, there was a water sports rental 5 minutes away where we rented a catamaran and jet skis. Shopping & restaurants are over the causeway, less than 10-15 min away. Owner responsiveness: The owner was very easy to work with and was quick to respond to our messages. Check in/check out: Check in was very easy, and all was in order as expected. Check out was at 9 am, which was earlier than listed. I'm sure the cleaning crew needed time to clean the house before the next guests, but we'd have appreciated a later check out time. Summary: This was a fantastic property! We were sad to leave and wished we'd have booked a longer stay. We will definitely be back to this property on our next vacation to the Emerald Coast.

Home Away from Home

The property had everything you needed.. from towels and kitchen necessities down to games and puzzles. It was really nice and homey. Being on the beach was so wonderful! We were able to watch the sunrise from the deck. Manager and cleaning lady were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to relax!

This place was great, has all the beach chairs, canopy, toys, life jackets, etc you need for your family, so it’s great knowing you don’t have to pack all that stuff. House was very clean, and the master bed was so comfortable. Plus it was great having a bar and coffee right outside the master bedroom. Couple minor issues was a board on the master bed deck was sticking up on one end, and the main deck light did not work. Neither bothered us, just noticed them.

Fantastic property

We have been coming to the various beaches in the area for 20 plus years, and this is one of my favorite rentals we've ever had. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our group had 9 people (6 adults and 3 kids ages 10 mos-3 years) and we were all at home. Will definitely return!

Truly paradise!

Giving this property a five-star rating was a no-brainer. We have stayed in the condos near the pier on our previous trips to Navarre, however, this year we wanted to find something more private. The property is absolutely wonderful! Clean, efficient, peaceful, beautifully decorated, the list could go on and on. I cannot imagine staying at any other property on our future stays. The property included everything you could want for your trip... Kayak, paddleboard, boogie boards, skimboards, sand toys, umbrellas, towels, beach chairs, wagons, we honestly brought very little with us aside from clothes. We have a 1-year-old and the home was very kid-friendly and even provided a high chair and pack n play. I was impressed, to say the least. Furthermore, the beds are SO comfortable. I was not looking forward to leaving those beds! We very rarely feel that a bed at a vacation home is more comfortable than our own. Book this property, you will not regret it!
