High chair available. Oversized center island with quartz countertops, tons of prep and cooking spaces, large pantry, stainless steel appliances and gas cooktop with custom hood. Both a Keurig and traditional coffee pot are available.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: The primary suite, conveniently located on the main floor, features a plush king-size bed, a spa-like ensuite bath with a zero-entry walk-in shower, an oversized walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace ideal for remote work or quiet reflection.

LAUNDRY: A spacious laundry room adds convenience, complete with a large-capacity washer and dryer, plus a deep sink—perfect for sandy swimsuits or extended stays.

UPSTAIRS: A second living room offers a fun, relaxed space with comfortable seating and sweeping views of the Sound—perfect for gaming on the large flat-screen TV, reading a good book, or just hanging out with your crew. "Shark Shack" – A playful, kid-friendly haven with four twin bunks, plenty of space to play, a large flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.

CHECK IN PROCESS: Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk—except our front desk is online!

It’s super easy to complete on your phone. We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions.

As part of the check-in, you’ll select one of three options for property damage protection:

A) No Coverage – You assume full financial responsibility for any accidental damage.
B) $75 Damage Waiver – Covers accidental damage up to $1,500 with no claims process.
C) $1,000 Hold – A fully refundable hold placed on your credit card, released after checkout if there’s no damage.
