Absolutely a perfect stay. Melinda's Garden Apartment (2) was utterly charming. Safe, quiet, SUPER comfortable, clean -- and the host provided surprising and charming little touches (like muffins!). The host was communicative, responsive, and very helpful. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this stay was - when I come back to Natchez, I'm staying here again for sure!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment was walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Thanks again to our host for the muffins and milk. We really enjoyed them.

Wonderful!!!!

Love our stay here. Close to everything and perfect accommodation. Chris was very attentive and was available for any problems which there were none!! Definitely would recommend to family and friends!

Anniversary weekend

We had a wonderful stay! Loved the proximity to everything in town. When we drove up, it was very inviting with the lights on waiting for us. Cozy and clean! I would highly recommend to friends!

Weekend Getaway

Cute little house. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Clean, well stocked. Close to the down town shops. A bit too far to walk but an easy drive. Sweet little breakfast awaits you in the fridge.

A room with a VIEW

Melinda’s Garden is the perfect getaway for a day or longer. I was mesmerized by the view of St. Mary’s Cathedral from the kitchen window. The kitchen is well equipped, the towels are soft and the water pressure in the shower will soothe your soul. Every single detail makes you feel you’re at home.

This was a lovely quaint place. It was clean. Plenty of towels, but only two washcloths. Also the owner showed up unannounced during our stay stating we had not paid yet. He came in and sat down and opened his laptop. He apologized after the fact, but it was offputting. Still, it is a lovely place.

Beautiful and Convenient

Melinda's Garden apartment was very beautiful, cozy and convenient. Loved the decor. The perfect getaway for a long weekend. My wife said a hair dryer would have been helpful. Regards, Joe

Great Anniversary Getaway

This was the PERFECT place for my husband and I to relax for our anniversary. It was quiet and cozy, and the goodies that Chris left made it that much more special. We were close enough to downtown that we could easily be to most of our destinations in around 5 minutes. The air conditioning worked wonderfully in the heat of summer, and the hot water/water pressure was phenomenal! Chris was attentive and helpful from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed snd appreciated the location of the property. It is located perfectly for walking to some shops and yet it is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It is always wonderful to enjoy the ambiance of old world charm. This little apartment and Natchez was my idea of a spa retreat. Chris was wonderful checking in on us and leading us in the right direction for coffee and dining out. Chris is definitely worthy of a top tier host.

Great place!

This was such a cute place! The listing is way cuter in person than the pictures reflect. The contact for this property was so quick to respond and addressed anything immediately. We also had muffins, coffee, milk and water left for us as a little happy. The location is right by the main area of Natchez, but I don’t personally think I would walk. Everything was so close and the food was great! Such a cute and relaxing place to visit and an excellent place to stay!

Awesome!

This property was great. Super clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway! The location was great for the price. We brought our bikes and rode pretty much everywhere downtown. Bike ride was only about 3 minutes to “main attractions”. The owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. Super friendly!! We will be back!!

Just right for a senior couple. Quiet neighborhood, close to town, historical sites within walking distance. Internet good, TV reception good, muffins a special surprise and treat.

Escape from NW Iowa winter

Apartment was clean and came with necessities for a comfortable stay. Just bring your personal items and maybe a few groceries if you wish. Close to River, great little cafes, antebellum houses, and museums. Nicely furnished and comfortable bed!
