You will have access to the entire home. We will send you the access code by website messenger with the entry instructions 24-48 hours prior to check in.

Your host will be available daily from 8am-11pm via the booking site or app. For accountability and documentation reasons, please refrain from calling us or contacting us outside of the booking app, except in case of emergency.

Emergencies occurring outside of business hours above will be directed to host emergency line for assistance. If you feel that you are in need of immediate emergency services (police, fire, medical, etc.) please don't hesitate to call these services.

Please be aware that there is ongoing construction near our property. While we strive to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, there may be periods of noise during typical construction hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

GUEST RENTAL POLICY

Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.

Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

The main issue we had was that the listing made it sound like these two properties are super convenient for a group. They're not connected, they're "neighboring". Which means they're caddy corner across an alley/driveway with only the garages facing each other. Except you don't have garage access from the outside. Someone has to go in the front door to open the garage. And for one of the properties, there's no parking at the front door so you have to park by the garage and walk all the way around the building to the front door.The properties were very nice inside, clean, beautiful. We were missing dishwasher detergent, but that's not a big deal. The owner was very communicative which was great.The inconvenience of the two properties not actually being easy to access by the whole team was my biggest concern that I felt wasn't actually clear in the listing.Otherwise it was a great stay and we very much enjoyed ourselves.

Great condos

Great and comfortable condos. Some mix-up with garage code and none of us could bring up the internet name. Also no local channels so we could not view final NCAA basketball game. Otherwise nice place.
