Great Place and Location

Nice condo good for 2-3 people, clean, comfy king bed, 10-15 minute walk to Broadway, easy access to Nissan Stadium, walkable. Good parking situation. Didn’t spend a lot of time there but would stay there again.

Great property! A lot of comstruction around the area (not the fault of the ownwer) but made the walk to downtown a little challenging. Clean amd neat property. Would stay again

Perfect location!

We was in between a convention at the opry and hanging out with friends downtown. The bed was comfy the place was extremely clean very easy access with covered parking it was everything a VRBO is supposed to be made us feel at home

Nice place for weekend get away

Only two things i can suggest is provide more then total of 2 washcloths and 2 towels. Went to walmart while we stayed there and bought some extra to use and took home with us. Also had to clean stove because when preheated it the whole place was filling with smoke due to the abundance of food left in bottom of stove. So we had to clean before using. Other than that stay was nice and peaceful.

Great Nashville Stay!

Truly enjoyed our stay and this condo was perfect - peaceful overlooking the river and close enough to walk to a few minute drive to the nightlife on 2nd Ave. I am impressed with the design of the apartment and love the artwork / decor! Highly recommend this spot for anyone staying in Nashville.

Excellent property and so close to all the good stuff

The property was perfect for my wife and I during our brief stay in Nashville. The unit is clean and the perfect size for two. We did not cook but it seems like there is everything one would need. It was a short 10 minute walk to Broadway and even less to Printer's Alley and some nice restaurants that are a little removed from the chaos of Broadway. We would definitely stay here again; it was great.

Good unit for 1-2 people visiting Nashville

My spouse and I stayed here from Monday-Friday, using it as a base from which to explore Nashville and go to concerts two nights at the Ryman. The unit was clean, easy to find, and comfortable. It is also a quiet area, no noise from the nightlife downtown. It is great for one to two people but not more. The unit is just under a mile walk from lower Broadway so it is very walk-able to the honkytonks and the Ryman. I would not recommend walking it late at night, as the area around the building is pretty desolate, with police, detention center, bail bonds, and similar between the unit and downtown. There is a nice pathway along the river. You have river views from the unit as well. We really enjoyed our visit and recommend this unit to other singles/couples looking for a quick getaway to Nashville.

Quiet, riverfront location

This one bedroom was great for attending an event at the stadium. Quiet neighborhood walkable to football and baseball stadiums as well as neighborhood bars and restaurants; could also easily walk or scooter to downtown. The apartment was clean and cozy with a great little balcony on the river. Perfect size for two, comfortable bed and living space. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, fun atmosphere and cozy condo. We thought it was perfect for our long weekend get away! We rode the electric SPIN scooters to and from Broadway and it worked perfectly!

My husband and I stayed here for Fourth of July and it was fantastic. Very clean and cozy apartment. My husband and I walked to most places from here.

Close to Nashville excitement

We enjoyed our stay here. Close enough to Broadway you can take a short walk or a quick Uber ride to get anywhere. About 20 minutes to Opryland and a nice mall Opry Mills right beside it. Would stay here again if we were to return to Nashville. Only warning I would share is there are 2 flights of stairs to get to this unit, 3rd floor. No problem for us, but if you have issues with stairs consider that before renting. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Great downtown location!

We had a great stay at Vijay's place! It was super cosy and well decorated with all the amenities we needed (points for having an iron and hair dryer!). The condo was nice and quiet, and is just a 3 minute ride downtown or a short walk along the river. There is a balcony for morning coffee, and plenty of room to settle in and feel at home. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again!
