12th South Loft i- So Charming, Blissful and Stylish!

Located between Belmont, Midtown, and 12 South, our guest cottage is just around the corner from some of the best shops & restaurants in town. Coffee shops, boutiques, BBQ, pizza, bars, and a grocery store are all just a short trip away. Our charming, detached loft apartment is perfect for guests who want to come and go as they please, have a quiet place to work, relax, & unwind (or BOTH!), and feel like a local in one of Nashville's most sought-after neighborhoods.

We are always available by message for any additional amenity requested. Otherwise, guests will be left to enjoy their visit.

You will be tucked away in a charming neighborhood centrally located between historic Belmont, and local-coveted Midtown, just a quick drive away from great shopping at Green Hills and walkable to 12th S!

While we can't accommodate early check-ins and check-outs, we allow guests to drop their bags after noon the day of check-in. Are you coming into town in the early morning or have a late flight and want to store your luggage? Let us know and we'll connect you with our luggage concierge service and give you our promo code.

Our home is a private second-story apartment above a detached garage. You will be able to come and go as you please. The loft beams with light and is ready for a clean and intimate stay.

Uber or Lyft can pick you up and get you to the famous Broadway live music venues for a night (or day) out on the town in about 10 minutes.

Wedding weekend
The area is absolutely perfect if you want to stay somewhere you can walk to the shops and restaurants on 12 south. The neighborhood is great for walking and very safe. The upstairs garage apartment is just right for 2 people. We had everything we needed plus coffee, creamer and Splenda. It’s a little confusing about where to park but we used the photo that was provided and had no problems. Only issue was the downstairs door to the garage was not locked from our side of the apartment. We had a great weekend and would return.

Great property and we would definitely stay here again! Located in a quiet residential area next to a church (bell chimes weren’t too bad!). Great location and a walkable area. Quick ride to local restaurants, cafes and shops. The unit is exactly as shown on the listing and have comfy! Some information posted on vrbo, in the email that was sent out and in one other location differed about early check-in, but communication with host was easy and we got a response same day.

Fantastic loft
We really enjoyed our stay at the loft. We felt right at home in the cozy updated loft. Most importantly it was clean & just as pictured. The area is quiet & close to bars/restaurants & shops on 12th South. Heading to Broadway in downtown was an easy Uber/Lyft ride away. We had such a great time & will definitely be back! Parking is no issue as there is one space available and plenty of street parking if needed.

Perfect Nashville Getaway
My husband and I spent a long weekend in Nashville seeing concerts and visiting with family. The garage apartment was the perfect spot for us as it is conveniently located near 12 South, and within 15-20 minutes of all the hot spots in The Gulch, Downtown, Germantown, East Nashville & Broadway. Place was spotless and as depicted in photos. Located in nice quiet & safe neighborhood! We’d definitely return!
