Great place!

It was great. It was a short taxi ride down to Broadway. We weren’t interested in walking there. We took advantage of the pool and watching ships/barges going up and down the river was fun to watch. Would stay there again.

Nashville Condo by the river

20 mins walk to downtown and to supermarket but we loved the location by the river. Saw muskrats (we think) just under our balcony and liads of birds too. Pool a bit of a trek and initially i couldn't find it. It is behind the next block

Safe location, Quiet neighborhood, Excellent communication!!

I have stayed at many short term rental properties, and I have never stayed at one that was extremely prepared for rental use. They had notes on proximity to attractions, where every supply is located and how to use the items, WiFi passwords hung throughout, directions to get to germantown or downtown with arrows, extra supplies like a cooler, foldable table, pool towels, robes hung, several supply toiletry items and snacks, they tell u if you are going to use a food devileey what stores are around and recommendations of ones to use and tells u where to tell the devileey driver to drop off. Lots of board games, books about Nashville, very clean, and appreciated the covered parking. In walking distance you can find some restaurants that are sit down and casual dining. We Ubered to downtown and we paid between 9-25 depending on the size vehicle needed. We took an electric bike carriage ride back that was extremely pleasant. Wonder stay!! Highly recommend

Sweet little spot

Came into town during marathon weekend and this condo gave us quick access to downtown and the stadium where the race ended. We really enjoyed our weekend in Nashville!

Exceptional stay

We’ve stayed at many VRBO rentals, but you’ve truly thought of everything. It feels just like home—if not better! The bed and pillows are even more comfortable than those at the Sheraton. Your prompt responses and seamless communication have been exceptional. I never knew I needed a magnetic wall until this stay! The location is perfect—close enough to Broadway and all the downtown attractions yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. It’s the ideal spot to sip a morning coffee or a frozen drink while watching the Cumberland River flow by.

Perfect!

The pics don’t do this place justice. It’s super cute, and I was blown away by the view! It’s in the perfect location for walking to downtown. But it’s in a quiet spot and away from broadway. My daughter and I stayed here so we could see a show at Brooklyn Bowl, which we could walk to. Very quiet and peaceful building. We didn’t hear anyone there entire time we were there. The unit was very clean and there were drinks in the fridge and snacks, and delicious coffee. We will definitely be back

Great Condo along with a Great host.

Me and my wife along with 2 small stayed for 2 night's. It is a cozy condo and has everything you need for your stay. We arrived a CT little early and the host let us in a little early since it was ready. We would decently stay again on our next trip to Nashville.

Overall the place was great. It was close to everything. Great communication with easy check-in. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. The bed was extra firm(a little too hard for us). Although the kitchen is small it was fully stocked. It even had snacks on the counter for guests

Great River Condo Close to Downtown Nashville

The property was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Our hostess was very thoughtful and helpful. The pool was a lot of fun too. This condo is a great value.

Location Location Location!

River Condo is the best value for the best location! Parking included! River views. Downtown access with local quiet feel and great restaurants close by. Condo was clean with all the amenities. Host was easily accessed but no detail was left out!
