  • Permítame hospedarlo en mi experiencia de retiro relajante de 7 dormitorios, 4 dormitorios, a 3 millas del centro de Nashville. Soy un artista abstracto: inspírate en el arte en las paredes (¡o compra algunos!). La casa es espaciosa para grupos grandes: organizo muchas despedidas de soltera y reuniones. Son 3 millas y menos de 10 dólares a Uber con la música en vivo "Honkytonks" en el centro de la calle Broadway. La comunidad está cerrada con un pequeño parque.

    La casa está en un área llamada "Berry Hill". Encontrarás muchos estudios de música, tiendas dentro de casas antiguas y una pequeña zona de restaurantes y bares. ¡Son 5 minutos para llegar a áreas populares para visitantes como: Vanderbilt University, 12th South Walking District, restaurantes The Gulch, bares Midtown, Belmont University y más! He estado alojando durante 3 años y tengo cientos de comentarios en otra plataforma que destacan la limpieza, la ubicación de los puntos calientes y la amplitud.

    La ubicación es de 2-3 millas al centro de la ciudad, 12th South, Hilsboro Village, Music Row, The Gulch y otras áreas populares. Si su viaje se trata de un fácil acceso a los puntos calientes de Nashville, hacer un poco de trabajo o dormir cómodamente con espacio, ¡todo está cubierto!

    MASTER es una gran suite con una gran área de escritorio y baño privado, bañera de jardín, un gran espejo y un escritorio y espacio de trabajo de lujo.

    BONUS ROOM es un ENORME estudio de 400 pies cuadrados. Cuenta con 3 camas queen y espacio para un colchón de aire (o tírelo en el área de arte de la cocina). Esta habitación tiene su propia entrada y un televisor con reproductor de DVD (sin cable o AppleTV en esa habitación). O conecte su computadora portátil (traiga un conector HDMI o VGA)

    HABITACIONES DE HUÉSPEDES (2) en un pasillo compartido son acogedoras habitaciones con camas queen hechas para dormir.

    ¡LIVING ROOM tiene una gran sección suave para los 1-2 amigos que lo acompañan en el último minuto! ¡El televisor está conectado a un Roku (similar a un Apple TV) con Hulu Plus, HBO, Netflix y otros canales y películas gratis o alquila uno y deja unos pocos dólares!

    COCINA está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita para hacer una comida, ¡aunque Nashville se ha convertido en el sueño de un entusiasta! La mesa de comedor tiene espacio para 6-8, o levante 2 taburetes más. La mesa tiene 4 lados que se pliegan a 60 "de vuelta.

    EXTERIOR Eche un vistazo a la terraza con muebles de doble chaise lounge y una hoguera, un excelente lugar para tomar un café por la mañana o relajarse por la noche.

Was convenient for all we wanted to do. Only $8-12 Uber ride to Broadway and easy drive to airport. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood felt safe. Communication with the host was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again

Super family friendly! There's a park to burn the kid's energy and the neighbors are friendly. Theres a cute coffee setup in the house, but there are also coffee shops nearby. Close to downtown/Broadway so getting to the action wasn't difficult. It was like visiting a home away from home.

Incredible stay! The house was beautiful and Erin went above and beyond!! It is the perfect location so close to everything! Would definitely stay again if I am ever in Nashville!

Great stay!

The property is just as listed, one of the most welcoming properties I have rented. Very well stocked including coffee bar and snacks! Close to downtown and easy access to highways. We definitely would rent again. Thank you Erin for sharing your home!

21st Birthday Trip

We had a great time! 6 of us, ranging from grandma to mom to adult age kids and their friends. The house and location was perfect for all of us!

Wonderful time

The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Location was close to downtown and close to groceries needed for week. Home was very comfortable and Host was wonderful to work with!

Stayed for a short Men's Trip. Great response time on everything. Clean and slept all 8 comfortably. Short ride to downtown and several restaurants within a mile. Highly Recommend.

Packer Football Away Game

Great location with quick transportation to downtown. We stayed 3 nights. Spent all time downtown or at Nissan stadium. Plenty of UBER’s at reasonable prices. The host was excellent with communication and feedback on available activities. Would stay again if coming back to Nashville for any kind of activities.

Best kept secret stay in Nashville!

Erin has a amazing house that is super clean and all the little touches that matter. House is easy to find and a great location for anything in Nashville. Our concert was at Geodis Park and we walked to and from, such a life savor. Safe and all directions were easy to follow. Nothing but great things to say about the house and host!

Great house, location and owner...YAY

I live in Nashville but with friends and family coming this was the perfect place for all to stay, gather and to launch from. The amenities are well stocked and provided. The decor and the rooms all had what was needed, not overdone. The art is amazing. The home is so quiet and the birds were lovely to hear. All of my gang loved the home and it was our hub. Thank you so very much this made the visit with my people perfect.

Great location! Less than 15 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. Host has great communication; fast responses and very nice. Great setup. The front door lock can be a little tricky to get locked/unlocked, not sure if it needs replaced or what, but it worked. Box fans for 2 of the 4 rooms definitely need cleaned or replaced, but they worked for us. The other 2 rooms—1 has a ceiling fan, the other no fan. I’m super picky when it comes to finding places to stay and I loved the place. We’d stay here again!

COMMUNICATION 10/10

This was such a cute little property! It had everything we needed and even things we didn't. The communication with the host is what made this the perfect fit for us, though! We were all first timers to visit Nashville, and Erin was so helpful all along the way. She provided us a full list of recommendations, and answered SO MANY questions 😅. 10/10 recommend!

5 Gals and lots of Yarn!

Overall - Perfect! Ample, comfortable sleeping was the draw for our group, and this house has it. Five women from five states gathered for our own "Knitting Retreat" and each of us was more than thrilled with our choice. We had a corner table in the Kitchen for eating and chatting, and a Living Room that allowed us to relax and knit in the mornings and evenings. This house is in a quiet, gated neighborhood, but it is on the edge of everything and just a quick ride to any neighborhood you want to explore - which we did (expecially the restaurants) over our four full days in Nashville. Of our five - each and every one of us would return.

Birthday

5 couples. Arriving by plane and car from Canada. House was easy to access. Clean. Lots of room for everyone because some didnt mind sharing the big room. We took Uber to grand ole opry, Broadway, Football and airport with no problem. Prices are higher though when there are special events, so check. But still cheaper than parking if sharing rides. Erin was great at responding. A fun time was had by all!!

Cute House - Clean

Family stayed over Turkey Day. Cute house Clean. It could use a little TLC. Couch was ripped in the back, didn't effect anything. The kitchen., nice but lacking on utensils, as it was hard to cook without bowls or mixing spoons, etc. and newer cookware. Some of the plates were chipped, mismatched, not a biggie deal. Ran out of diswasher soap. The laundry came in handy! Beds were super comfy. The coffee station, fully stocked... fantastic! Paper products stocked, garbage bags fully stocked, no need to buy anthing. No dresser or closet in the master room, the dresser in the 3 bed room was missing some handles. 2 of the hairdryers didin't work, one did., so all good. There is Industry is behind the house.. garbage pick up was a bit noisy.. Mostly hardwood gave a good echo.. we were trying not to wake up the rest of the house, as we were up at 7 am.. LOL. Towels and sheets were left in the dryer. but there were still towels and beds were made. All in all I would stay again! It was clean, comfortable. Other then me just grumbling about (stuff) there were no issues! Erin, the host checked in.. very responsive!

Amazing stay!

After our original VRBO owner canceled our reservation 3 days before check in I was definitely panicking! However I booked with Erin and she was AMAZING from the moment I booked. Communicated very well with us, property was clean and spacious and very accommodating for our family traveling up for a wedding. Thank you Erin and we definitely recommend this place; especially for a girls trip or Bach trip - PLENTY of room for guests and very convenient to Broadway and downtown but located in a quiet safe neighborhood.
