The Space:
Indulge your inner chef in the sleek kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. 2 bedrooms one with extra large closet and queen size bed. The other bedroom has bunk beds with large closet. The second bedroom also has a vanity with sink and mirror. This is perfect for multiple people getting ready at the same time. Extra perks include central AC and a private washer/dryer.


- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.

This is a very safe neighborhood surrounded by all the essentials you need...Publix grocery store, Starbucks, Centennial Park, etc.

Walk to Centennial Park and Marathon Village, your one-of-a-kind retreat delivers enviable proximity to the best of Music City.

Take a scooter to Midtown and visit idyllic green spaces or nightlife hot spots. Then explore the trendy boutiques and eateries of The Gulch, Hillsboro Village, and Fifth + Broadway.

Or, take a quick rideshare downtown to visit the convention center and iconic Nashville attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Ryman Auditorium. Bridgestone Arena and Nissan Stadium are also a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:
**Train tracks are located behind the property and passing trains may occasionally be heard.

**This complex is majority Short Term Rentals so there is a chance you may hear other guest in the building.

**Note regarding the pool: It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year. It is heated but only enough not to freeze during the Winter.

We are located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, where the vibrant city life adds to the charm of your stay. However, you may occasionally hear sounds from cars, planes, trains, party buses, dogs, other guests in the building, or lively passersby enjoying the area. While we can't control these elements, we hope you’ll embrace the energy of Music City as part of your experience!

This place was perfect for our girls trip. It’s ideal for 4–6 people, 8 would be a little tight but doable for a younger group. The location felt safe and was quiet, I don’t think anyone else was on our floor during our stay, but we may have just gotten lucky. Lots of reviews mentioned the train noise, but it really wasn’t bothersome at all. The host could have been a bit more communicative but overall, it was everything we needed and we’d definitely come back.

The pool was sold as part of the deal, didn’t happen, the grounds were covered in cigarette butts, the ashtray right by the door was not appealing, the foyer was unkempt, the elevator as well! We bought our own coffee but no coffee maker other than a Kuerig, there were Amazon pods though, no scrubber for dishes, the blankets to wrap up in while watching TV did not have a clean smell. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable! The noise, some partiers later than noted, usual loud bangs, trains, great place for college age kids!

Our host was brilliant, responded to every message very fast. The location is secure and lovely. Uber is cheap into the town and we hired a car and the apartment had free parking. Massive rooms. Comfy beds and a big living room area. Gutted we didn’t get to use the pool, but we were so busy. Thanks again!

Very nice place. Most Urber drivers familiar with location. Kitchen had what we needed, except sponge or rags for cleaning. WiFi access good. Bathtub slippery, so shower needs grab bars for entering & exit safely.

Very satisfied with our stay!

We loved our stay! The property has a nice set of amenities and the host was very forward and accommodating. The location is close to some things but not broadway. But, it isn’t so far that Ubers are expensive. There was also plenty of parking at the complex for our groups several cars! Overall, I was highly satisfied with my stay at this place.

Nashville Neapolitan Style

Had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! The location is ideal—only about a 6-8 minute drive to Broadway, less than 20 minutes from the airport, and close to the Parthenon. I felt safe during my visit, and the speakeasy was a cozy, intimate spot. However, it’s open to everyone, so we weren’t able to get in one night because it had already reached capacity. As other reviews mentioned, you can hear some building sounds (like doors closing, trains passing, and people walking in the hallway), but it wasn’t a major issue. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of space for the 3 of us. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Overall, a great experience and I would not hesitate to book in the future.

Nice property with lots of noise

I booked this property for a long weekend with my family. It is in a nice location and convenient to Broadway. I read the reviews about the train noise, so we packed ear plugs and a noise maker. Unfortunately the train is very loud and the neighboring parking garage has an even louder garage door that screeches every time it opens or closes at all hours of the day and night. As stated in other reviews for this property the walls and ceiling are poorly insulated so you can hear when the person above you simply walks through their condo and when they flush the toilet. The furnishings are very modern so not the most comfortable. The pool area is a joke….the pool is tiny. Overall we appreciated being close driving distance to Broadway but would not stay here again due to the noise.

Weekend stay in Nashville

The unit is beautiful and well stocked. The pool was a disappointment as it is very very small and not in sunshine. The pool area is not maintained either with empty bottles and cans. The location of unit is not far from Nashville highlights but train tracks are very close and noisy throughout the day and night. Walls are also thin and could hear guests in other units.

Great Place to Stay

This place is fantastic. Clean , adorable, nice amenities, close to everything 12th south, downtown, The Gulch, Vanderbilt and Belmont. The property manager was wonderful prompt communication and clear directions. This will be my go to place when i come visit family. I highly recommend staying here!

Clean, spacious condo close to everything in Nashville

My wife, two teenage sons, and I stayed here three nights while touring colleges. There was plenty of space for our family. The boys liked the fitness center. Loved the location close to everything but still easy to get in and out of.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit itself is as advertised and very nice. The parking is also convenient, plentiful, and free. The Pool/Bar/Lounge area is actually in the other building on the property, but it is not too far away.

Overnight in Nashville

Beautiful condo in a quiet neighborhood. I had a little difficulty finding the building. There are two on the property but the host was hospitable, available and extremely helpful. While I understand the need for a cleaning fee. The fee ALONE was the price of a decent hotel room. A little better truth in advertising would be appreciated.

Cute and convenient!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future. The place was clean, close to everything and felt safe. Communication was prompt and I loved the decor! The place was quiet except for the train that ran every once in awhile but I sleep with ear plugs so it did not bother me. Would totally stay again on our next visit!!
