Absolutely Adorable House

We came to Nashville to celebrate our daughter’s 21st Birthday. The house and location was great! The host was very friendly and helpful. Most definitely will rent from them again ❤️

Nashville Gem

Very enjoyable stay. The home was clean. stocked with comfortable furnishings and Nashville styled decor. Beautiful wood floors on the first floor. Large kitchen that was well stocked and easy to work in. The back yard was like a little oasis in the city. The location was great and not far from the Farmers Market and the wedding activities we attended.

Nashville getaway

Me and 7 other people stayed at this property and it was perfect! The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. The home was so cute! There was plenty of room for us all! It was close to downtown. They also provided a number and discount to a shuttle service which was better than Uber in my opinion and it only cost 5 dollars a person. I’d definitely stay again.

Spring break 2023

The house was amazing! We was a family of 3 and it was enough room for us all! From the bedroom, to the living room, to the kitchen, to the game room and the outside fire pit. We had no complaints. Kristen was amazing, she kept in contact and made sure everything was ready by time we checked in. Even with the power outage, she constantly checked on us! We definitely love our first trip to Nashville TN!

All was good except parking & the stairs are dangerous - needs some kind of tread. One of our ladies fell down the stairs.

Family get together

It worked for our party of 7. The only issue we had was that we weren’t able to sit down together for meals because there was not enough seating for all of us. We noticed a lot of dog hair under the sofa. Limited parking.We were glad it was close to downtown. For the most part it worked for us. We would rent it again.

Nashville Girls Trip

I was disappointed in the condition of the yard. Weeds were blocking the gate to enter the property. And the whole yard was not taken care of. The bathrooms, kitchen and living areas were clean and lovely. The downstairs bedroom on the left did not have adequate lighting and because of the neighborhood was not the best, I didn’t feel opening the blinds. The quilt smelled bad, and felt dirty. I wouldn’t walk on the area rug because it was either really dirty or stained. The carpet upstairs was in the same condition. The bed in the other bedroom downstairs was literally on pallets that stuck out so if you weren’t careful, you could injure yourself.

The host was excellent! They had many extra amenities. Went beyond expectations. Parking is limited to two cars, street parking. Easy access from interstate and a quick Uber to anywhere in Nashville.

Love love loved this cozy home. Kristen was great, everything we needed was pretty much provided and she even gave us extra firewood.. mesquites sucked but that was all… planning on another visit and staying here again

Going to Nashville, book here!

House was very nice, accommodating our group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. It was clean upon arrival and Kristen thought of many amenities including coffee and laundry pods. House is cutely decorated and we felt safe in the area. Looks to be and up and coming part of Nashville. Would recommend staying here and if we’re ever in area again will definitely book here.

Six of us stayed for a work conference. Everyone had their own space, but we would congregate in the evenings around the fire pit together.

Amazing!

Entire process including access was the best! Very clean and nice. Traveled with 8 adults, and plenty of room to relax and have fun! Will stay again, when we come back.

This house is perfectly located within minutes of any attraction in Nashville. House had ample space for 9 adults. The owners even helped out with giving us wood for the fire pit.
