Thanks again. We live in the neighborhood and needed a place to stay while selling our home. Location and place is great.

All good. Quiet place and nice stay. There is no elevator to go to third floor if that makes a difference to you.

Fantastic home-base for a week-long performance event at Belmont University. Property is well-furnished with basic needs, property is quiet and super-convenient to the University, restaurants, etc. Parking with easy and made getting around Nashville convenient. Host was friendly and responsive. Loved the neighborhood! Hope I get to return. Would definitely book this place again!

We were very comfortable in this 3rd floor, spacious unit. The mattresses were great, and both bathrooms nicely had waterfall showerheads. Excellent location! Two university campuses, restaurants, and shops, are nicely walkable from here. Very easy parking in a private, well-lit lot right behind the building. Exterior stairs lead up to the upper two floors. Good communication with the host. This is a pleasant place to stay!

College course

My youngest daughter had a week long fashion design class at Belmont university. This apartment was in the perfect location, and it was only a 8-10 minute drive to everywhere else we wanted to visit in Nashville. Finally the host was very helpful and we had excellent communication with him.
