I confirmed my trip two days before with this site and when I arrived at this hotel it had literally BURNED TO THE GROUND but none of the hotels.com employees knew or believed us. Then they deleted our case number and pretended we never called about the issue. They insisted that they needed to contact the hotel that burned first, as if they would have a working computer or phone.
