The living area features a comfortable sofa, armchair seating, and a mounted smart TV—perfect for unwinding after exploring Music City. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cookware/serveware so you can prep meals at home with ease. Pull up a stool at the counter for coffee, casual meals, or happy hour.

The private bedroom includes a king bed for a restful night’s sleep and a smart TV. The adjoining full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. In-home laundry and WiFi add everyday convenience. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional street parking nearby.

• Elevator/Stairs: There is an elevator in the building, operated by building management. While typically available, maintenance or outages are outside our control. If unavailable, stairs will be required.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan accordingly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
