  • Un poco lejos de retiro es verdaderamente una joya: tranquilo, espacioso, cerca de todo! Un fantástico apartamento con vistas idílicas, un entorno tranquilo, pero a la vez muy cerca de todos los puntos de acceso de Eastside, y el centro de la ciudad está a solo 2. 5 millas de distancia (Uber / Lyft es fácil y asequible). Cafeterías, algunos restaurantes increíbles, panaderías, bares y tiendas están a pie y en bicicleta distancia. Viaje memorable garantizado :)

    Con 1200 pies cuadrados de espacio, este divertido apartamento cuenta con un baño completo, 2 dormitorios (camas queen y full), enorme estudio, cocina completa y lavadero. 4 personas es típico, aunque 2 más pueden dormir en el estudio (queen airbed siempre).

    Situado en el nivel inferior una hermosa casa de East Nashville, ligeramente Off está completamente separado de nuestra residencia, con su propia entrada, entrada y cochera. Usted encontrará juegos de mesa, libros, canales de películas, WiFi gratuito, reproductores de DVD / VHS / CD y DVD / VHS para jugar. Además, guitarra, banjo, djembe junto con un tocadiscos están en el apartamento.

    Es un hallazgo inusual en Lockeland Springs histórico, para ser situado al lado del campo de golf de Shelby con la superficie arbolada detrás. Disfrute de la vista y la soledad de un porche impresionante, mientras que a sólo unos minutos del Salón de la Fama de la Música Country, museos y mucho más.

    Shelby Park es un gran parque de la ciudad junto a nuestra casa. Cuenta con un campo de golf público, driving range, canchas de tenis, parques infantiles, estanque de patos, campos de pelota y senderos para caminar. También es parte del sistema de la vía verde de nuestra ciudad con kilómetros de caminos verdes para caminar, trotar o andar en bicicleta junto al río Cumberland.

    Tenemos 2 perros amistosos (shep australiano y perro de la terapia del gran pyr) que permanecen en nuestra porción de la casa y del patio trasero. La mayoría de los huéspedes nunca conocerlos, pero holler si quieres!

    El nivel inferior de la casa es completamente suyo y bloqueado con seguridad desde arriba. Usted tiene un cuarto de servicio completo, cocina, baño, etc

    ¿Qué nos gusta de la vecindad? ¡Todo! Los golfistas definitivamente deben aprovechar el curso. Shelby Bottoms es un gran paseo por la naturaleza de los humedales - se puede bicicleta 4 millas sobre un puente a OpryMills, piscina de olas, General Jackson, Grand Ole Opry. Kelli is a great host, very communicative! She also has a ton of recommendations as a Nashville native, and you can read through her guest book for what other people experienced. The place is so unique, and I mean that in the best way. It’s in a great location, a quick uber gets you into the city, and you’re close to nice restaurants outside of it too, as well as a great park.

We loved our stay! We were traveling with our toddler and the toys and Disney posters were a hit! The view of the golf course was gorgeous & we enjoyed our time playing outside. The walkability of the neighborhood was great too - loved checking out Shelby Park & the Design school playground. Tons of great food options around too. Kelli was a great communicator and her place was perfect. The beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Our 5-night stay in Kelli's home was very comfortable, and we enjoyed all the amenities of home. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The view from the front porch of the golf course and the sunrise made it even nicer! We especially enjoyed morning walks in nearby Shelby Park. Kelli is a gracious host and even offered for us to check out later since we had a later flight time, which we appreciated. I would highly recommend SlightlyOffRetreat AND Nashville to anyone who's looking for a nice getaway,

40th birthday celebration

Awesome place in front of golf course. We loved the outside porch and dart board. Comfortable beds, quality linens… Kelli is also a great host.

Peaceful location with views and charm

Right next to Shelby Golf course, the home is comfortable and with lots of retro details and decor. Kelli, the host, is welcoming and very attentive. We plan to stay here another time.

What a great place! Kelly gave us terrific ideas of things to do. House is stocked to the max with everything you need. Beds are comfy. Loved the outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home and host

This is a beautiful place to stay. Kelli is a fabulous host. Situated right on the golf course great for privacy and peace and quiet. House has everything you need. Great front porch to relax on and have a morning coffee. If I ever get back to Nashville - I would stay here again

Great host, awesome space

We traveled with our 6 year old and 4 year old sons and this was a perfect spot for our family! Our boys loved all of the toys and movie paraphernalia in the living room. The space is very eclectic and the outdoor area is wonderful. Kelli was a very responsive and gracious host. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

Very nice place that is conveniently tucked away in East Nashville. Easy Uber ride downtown or walking distance to the Five Points. The highlight, in my opinion, is the carport hangout area. View of the golf course, comfy chairs to sit and have morning coffee or beers at night. Next time I’m in Nashville, I’ll definitely want to try and stay here again.

Nashville - July

Very nice!! Clean, well-kept. Everything we could need was there. Great view. Very good neighborhood. We communicated with the owner a couple times and she was prompt in her replies (almost immediately). We met her outside and had a good conversation.

Home away from home

What an amazing property to spend a weekend with your friends! Everything was nice, clean and organized for us when we arrived. Probably the best part was waking up in the mornings on the porch overlooking the golf course, listening to music, and spending time with friends! The fire place was a great addition, which we used two nights in a row. Kelli was amazing and even came down a couple time to check up on us! By far one of the best rental properties I’ve been to in a long time

Great Place to Stay

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, to all attractions and downtown Nashville. The bonus is the nice restaurants, and bars right in the neighborhood. If you like Golf, there is a public golf course that is right behind the house. The first tee is about two blocks away. We will be back. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best) I give this house an 11. Thank you Kelli. Your the best

The property was amazing. Perfect for a family, couples or golf buddies(right next to the golf course). This property has everything you could want for a peaceful getaway. Kelli the property owner and manager was so helpful with an easy check in and out process. A Wonderful experience!!!!

Nice place to stay

Family of four (2 adult children) 3 night stay. Loved the decor and game/entertainment availability. Kelli very responsive, nice amenities. Rented car and place is very close to attractions, easy to get there and back. Planning to return in the summer to check out downtown more. Highly recommend.
