* 3rd floor: Bonus room has a lockable door, bath, wet bar, TV, access to rooftop deck with ample seating for hanging out or eating.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home, rooftop and parking in the front. The house is fully furnished with towels, linens and basic toiletries. High speed Wi-Fi throughout. Guests have a washer and dryer, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker.

Interaction with guests

Guests are given a lock code and they may call if they need anything. We are happy to give suggestions and help our guests have the best experience possible while in this great city. Please feel free to text/call anytime. We are just a few minutes away. You will have privacy and the ability to enjoy your own experience with no unwanted interaction.

To ensure a peaceful environment and maintain a respectful relationship with our neighbors, we kindly request that all guests adhere to the following:

Quiet Hours: 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, please keep noise levels to a minimum, including:
Loud conversations
Music or television
Outdoor activities

No large parties or gatherings are to be held on the property.

Park on designated driveway in front of the home. Street parking also available.
