Historic Family Gem - Location! Safe & 5-star Clean!

My wife and I have restored the interiors of this old Nashville home over the past year. This spacious 1930s home has over 3,500 square feet of living space and sleeps 9 people.

For large groups combine this listing with The Perch VRBO #1264538 with beds for an additional 6 guests. The parking deck holds 6-7 vehicles for both homes.

Our home is fully stocked for your every need while away.

MAIN LEVEL
2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, 1 Half Bath, Living Room, Kitchen, Breakfast Room, Dining Room, Billiards Room that opens to a covered balcony & Living Room.

LOWER LEVEL
2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, 1 Half Bath, Den with XL Twin Bed, Laundry closet and game closet. The Queen Bedroom on lower level has a gas fireplace.

The house is equipped with Fiber Internet and Smart TVs are located in both dens, the billliards room and all bedrooms.

Hardwood floors, antique furniture and temperpedic mattresses provide ample luxury. People often ask who made them: Amazon Zinus Green Tea.

We have one hard rule: use the fully-stocked home as your own, have a grand time, but no glitter in the home! You will be charged an additional $100 if you glitter bomb the house. Cheers!

We truly enjoyed our stay. We were there with 2 other couples for the CMA Fest and the house worked perfectly. We had no issues and the communication was great! Convenient location, was about 2 1/2 miles from downtown Nashville.

Great Stay

We had a great time at the house! Loved all the space, the abundance of rooms and sitting space, and particularly loved the pool table - we played for hours and gave us a great activity to do. There's also a closet full of games we pulled out and enjoyed! Really close to city center and it was perfect for our big, visiting family to explore the area.

Comfortable and great location

We regretted that we weren’t staying longer so that we had more time to enjoy the house. There are several cosy sitting areas and a fantastic porch, the most comfortable beds anywhere, a great supply of games, books and music, and a very well equipped kitchen. The location is excellent and Chad was a friendly and responsive host. Definitely would recommend it as a place to stay in Nashville.

Perfect Nashville Location

We really couldn’t have asked for a better location for easy access to all things Nashville. We were traveling with small kids so drove everywhere and it was perfect. If traveling with older kids seems like the perfect location for an easy Uber ride. The kids really enjoyed having their own spaces and loved playing the piano. The house had everything we could’ve wanted. The floors are pretty loud and you can definitely hear people in the upper unit easily, but that didn’t really bother us. We would absolutely stay here again if we were visiting Nashville. Excellent home and excellent host.

Perfect house for an adult Nashville weekend!

The house was exactly as described and very spacious and clean. The owners promptly responded to questions and provided super helpful suggestions and tips! The location was perfect and was a quick Uber ride from everywhere we wanted to go! We had the best time celebrating our friend's 40th birthday!

Amazing house for making memories!

It was trouble free, we had at our disposal the property manager if needed. There was a map at our disposal, detailing how far we would travel. We were able to plan out our days, just so we could have time to play Pool!! The house was pristine, wil lots of room to spread out and work or just chill.

Hillside hideaway near Vanderbilt

Great property for our four adult couples in town for a week leading up to a wedding. Considering how close we were to the main part of the city, the property had a wonderfully secluded feel due to all of the trees around it. Well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals when we stayed in or picked up takeout from the many choices in the area. The porch looking out at the city and the pool table were highlights. There was plenty of room when some of our family stopped in for a drink and a snack. Chad was available and responsive when we had a couple of questions.

The property was nice. We enjoyed having lots of room to spread out. Bathrooms were ok since there were only 2 showers but it was because the house is older, not complaining tho. It was really close to most if nashville so that was convenient

Great Nashville House

Great large house in Nashville, short walk to Vanderbilt and close to tons of restaurants. Worked perfectly for 3 couples and 4 toddlers to have a fun weekend.
