Located in Sylvan Park, our community is perfectly situated just one mile from Vanderbilt University and two miles from the vibrant nightlife of Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, The Ryman, and Nissan Stadium, you'll be at the center of it all. Walk or jog to Centennial Park via the Greenway. Our pet-friendly space features a fenced pet area and a community outdoor space with dining and seating.

The Flats on Acklen are located in the Sylvan Park neighborhood off of West End Avenue. This residential neighborhood is situated centrally and is convenient to all things Nashville has to offer. Sylvan Park is home to many locally-owned restaurants, bars, and shops that have stood the test of time.

Guests have full access to the private apartment and shared outdoor spaces.

Experience comfort and convenience in our one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The bedroom has two queen beds, room-darkening curtains, and a ceiling fan for a restful night's sleep, while the bathroom features a combo tub/shower for a relaxing soak or quick refresh. Cook up your favorite meals in the full kitchen and enjoy them in the cozy dining area. The spacious and bright living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, working, or studying. Step outside to the community shared outdoor area, where you can relax in Adirondack chairs under cafe lighting, surrounded by tasteful landscaping.



Please note, a train runs behind the apartment complex and you may hear it during your stay. It’s a short freight train that goes from Memphis to Nashville, but it operates irregularly. Sometimes it doesn’t run at all, and other times it runs a few times a day. The train doesn’t blow its horn near our building, so it’s just background noise as it passes by. The train is not visible due to the vegetation between the tracks and the building. Sound and light-reducing curtains as well as a sound machine are provided to minimize any disturbance.
