Soaring ceilings, hardwood floors & nine-foot windows frame stunning strip views, while velvet furnishings and gold accents set a luxurious tone throughout. Rest easy in a private King bedroom or sink into one of two Queen pull-out sofas with memory foam mattresses — comfort for the whole crew.



The Space:

Stay in the heart of it all — directly above Boot Barn, steps from Tootsie's, Robert's Western World, Legend's Corner & The Stage. Bridgestone Arena and the Ryman Auditorium are just one block away. It doesn't get more Nashville than this.



🛏 THE SPACE

This contemporary loft sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably:

- 1 private King bedroom with ensuite full bathroom

- 2 Queen sleeper sofas (linens & bedding provided)

- Half bath in the hallway



The open-concept layout features a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, a café dining table for 4, a living room with 50" Smart TV, and a bright sunroom with Broadway views.



👥 BRINGING A BIG GROUP?

Two additional lofts are available in the same building — one on the same floor, one above. Perfect for larger groups who want to stay close. Inquire for availability!



📸 FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

An additional $200 fee applies for shoots. A signed location agreement is required prior to your shoot date.



📋 HOUSE RULES

Guests must read and accept all house rules before booking.



🧍🏽‍♂️ Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.

🎈 Decorations No glitter or confetti, please—they may seem like a sparkly dream, but they turn into a housekeeping scream! NO decorations on Wallpaper! Please remove all decorations before departure

🎉 We have a ZERO tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.

🤫 Quiet Hours We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down.

🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home.

🛠️ Breakages We get it—accidents happen! If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, just give us a quick heads-up. We’d rather hear from you than find a surprise later. Thanks for keeping things thoughtful and honest—it goes a long way!

🧼 Excessive Mess The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. We truly value and respect our cleaning team— and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in this welcome book to avoid additional fees. Thanks for helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy!

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

An early check-in (as early as 8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (up to 5:00 p.m.) must be pre-arranged.

The Neighborhood:

The loft is right on Broadway, right in the middle of all the action and minutes away from all the Honky Tonk bars, live music almost 24/7, food, coffee, The Ryman, The Johnny Cash Museum, and The Bridgestone Arena, and Ascend Amphitheater.



Getting Around:

If you want to know how far my lofts are located from your points of interest, just enter "Boot Barn" on Broadway Ave. as my location and you'll have a very accurate time/distance when entering into any sort of digital map or GPS.



NO FREE PARKING. The closest parking lot is on 4th and Broadway. Highly recommended that you not rent a car unless you're wanting to venture outside of Nashville. Cabs, Uber, and Lyft are the best way to get around! I have some promo codes at the lofts for free first rides if anyone in your group is a first time Uber or Lyft rider - so make sure to download the apps before you arrive!



Other Things to Note:

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!



This loft is a street view loft, the windows open up to Broadway!!
