This charming home is centrally located to the attractions that East Nashville has to offer, but is also less than 4 miles from downtown Nashville. East Nashville is a local's destination for good food (foodies are in heaven!) and fun (musicians abound). While you can experience the tourist life of downtown Nashville with a quick 3-4 mile, Uber ride, you can also live like a local in the hottest area of town.

The always growing, thriving, eclectic, historic, and hip, East Nashville has become one of the city’s most-desired areas to live and play. Its low-key vibe and neighborly personality make this community a great place to escape without leaving town. As Budget Travel Magazine calls Historic East Nashville “Nashville’s version of New York’s East Village,” East Nashville has attracted many musicians and visual artists to the neighborhood. Mingle with the patrons of the local hangouts and you’re bound to meet more than a few musicians and songwriters.

Photos describing the rental on Vrbo are definitely from a long while back. The interior and exterior current show its age. There are pests inside the walls. Heard chewing and scratching inside walls, both upstairs and downstairs. We replaced shower liners, though not curtains, due to mold. Curtains were stained. Host did offer to reimburse us, though we declined. Interior could use a fresh coat of paint. Angie was kind and communicated. The rental did satisfy our needs for the trip. Easy to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Most likely would not stay again.
One cushion in kitchen window bench seat. Other one looks same.

Ladies Celebration Weekend

Location of the house it perfect! We could walk to little stores, restaurants and my favorite doughnut shop: Five Daughters. Angie was amazing with check in and communication. House is old and has some quirks.

This house was amazing. Owner was a pleasure to work with even allowed us to check in a couple hours earlier. Quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown. Would stay here again.

Quaint little place

Mostly just slept & showered there Clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood; an overall good experience. About a 20 minute drive into downtown Nashville. The upstairs bedroom and bath is like your own private suite.

Great time in Nashville

We traveled up for my daughter’s graduation from Belmont University. The house suited us well. Clean and stocked. The location was great to travel back a forth for parties and festivities. The local restaurants and coffee shops were fabulous. Will rebook in a heartbeat when needed.

Great home base for Nashville tourists

The property is nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is a great gathering space. The pictures online showed one bedroom with two beds. Each of the bedrooms only had one bed. This did cause an issue that we worked out. The yard could use some maintenance but being mid March, our activities were indoors and site-seeing in town. Managers were informative and polite. Overall a great stay!

Great location. Needs some updates

Location and the neighborhood is great. Close to downtown and airport. Quiet neighborhood. The two beds downstairs were slightly uncomfortable. Upstairs bedroom was fine but the temp was warm. Only one towel person. Beautiful kitchen.

Small Home in East Nash

Quaint little property in in East Nash. Good location, close to restaurants and other East Nash activities. Only suggestion would be to add some more dressers in bedrooms in order to unpack and store clothes for an extended stay.....and maybe an Apple TV in order to access personal streaming services easier. Other then that, would definitely stay there again.

NYE in Nashville

Property was clean and accurately described. Our only complaint would be that it sleeps 6 but only can seat 4 in the kitchen and 4-5 in living room. The furniture is not comfortable and seating would be 5 if you put 3 people on the couch. So hanging out at the house isn't comfortable for long term situations.

Cute and clean.

Enjoyed staying at this quaint, cute and clean cottage. It was close to our conference at Gaylord Opry Land Hotel and dining was near by as well. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to reach. I recommend to any group 5 or less.

Close to everything!

This is a great location for shopping and dining. There are some amazing places to eat nearby. It is in a nice, safe area and the people we met were very friendly.
