  • Bienvenido a 5004 Michigan Avenue, nuestro acogedor bungalow en el corazón del nuevo punto de acceso de Nashville. Construida en 1961, esta casa de ladrillo de un solo nivel está repleta de comodidades hogareñas. Disfrute de una taza de café en el porche delantero por la mañana y de una copa de vino junto a la fogata, por la noche. Nos encantó esta casa retro de estilo familiar durante los últimos nueve años, y estamos seguros de que usted también lo hará.

    Si bien aceptamos mascotas, pedimos que las mascotas permanezcan fuera de los muebles durante su estadía.
    Platos, utensilios, vasos y refrigerador están disponibles para su uso en la cocina. Sin embargo, pedimos que los invitados se abstengan de ayudarse a sí mismos con los artículos en el refrigerador o la despensa.

This was such a wonderful stay for our family of 5 and our Frenchie. We all loved the location in a walkable neighborhood. The fenced in yard was so lovely. The garden and landscaping was impressive. Felt right at home and would love to return.

This home was the perfect quick little stay. Very clean . Had everything we needed . Comfortable beds and atmosphere . Felt so welcome and peaceful . The property was perfect! Clean, calm, welcoming, and stocked with everything we needed. The host’s were kind and welcoming. Exactly what our family needed for our getaway! The location was perfectly close to everything but yet still had everything you need for a quiet weekend

What a lovely home inside and out. We found a bottle of wine waiting for us, and the owner was available if we needed anything. The kitchen had every amenity we needed. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable. It was great to have three full bathrooms. The best part of all was the backyard. It was a wonderful spot to relax and spend time together.

Great getaway, beautiful yard and charming house.

Enjoyed our stay, all the extras were wonderful. The hosts think of everything and make the stay simplistic.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house is cute and comfortable, and the backyard is amazing. The house is conveniently located near many restaurants. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were very thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.

Perfect Size and Location

Property was the perfect spot for a family of four with a pup to stay for a weekend in Nashville. Great neighborhood for walking to restaurants and an easy commute via ride share or drive to all of the major attractions. Highest recommendation for a safe, comfortable, and relaxing way to visit the city.

Cozy, Comfortable and great location.

3 adults each had our own bexroom and bathrooms, then there is the stunning backyard the happy spot for any pet parent. Loved everything about this place and would reserve again.

Great place/location

We had a great experience, the house was perfect for our wkend trip to visit our son and watch him run the marathon. Restaurants in walking distance were very good.

Pet friendly and people friendly

We (people and dogs) really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to have two ensuite bedrooms and the location was great. The back yard is cozy and if it hadn’t been raining we would have used the fire pit. Definitely will stay here again.

Lovely visit to Nashville

The place was exactly as presented. It is a welcoming place that makes one feel immediately comfortable.The yard was very nice and was enjoyed as we were traveling with our dog. The location is great! As our niece is making her permanent residence in Nashville; we would stay here again.
