This newly renovated Nashville Home is in a great quiet neighborhood with a large fenced in backyard. It has a fully functioning new kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, Washer/Dryer combo, and a Keurig Coffee maker. This 5 bedrooms, 5 bath (1 king bed, 8 full beds and 2 twin beds) is tastefully decorated for you to enjoy the comforts of home. The whole house has wifi internet and over 200 channels HD TV. Dine in kitchen. There are 2 washers and dryers available for your use.
This lovely home is just south of downtown, Only 4.9 miles away! ($8 Uber ride)
Just a short drive to the zoo, Opryland, and world renowned Nashville nightlife.

Perfect for a quiet place to sleep with a group

We were meeting family in town to go to a baby shower and wanted a place close to Brentwood and also downtown. The house was super clean, had everything we needed, and was close to all the local places. But the staff that manages this place is over the top, grade A, top notch, setting the.bar perfection. They should write a book on how to manage a vacation rental. Would stay again. 100%

Birthday trip

House was as described, comfortable for our group of 4 and could have accommodated a couple more. Bed pillows were flat and the fan/light in the bathroom that was not to be turned off was a bit annoying at night. Room darkening shades in the bedroom would be advantageous too. But, overall, good place, quiet neighborhood, good price.

Cozy and Cute

We stayed here for our trip to Nashville. The house was just as described and was very clean. My husband and I walked the neighborhood and it everyone was super friendly. The house is within a few minutes of all the sites to visit in Nashville. The only negative is the bathroom in the master is really small and the shower is very cramped. Other than that I highly recommend this VRBO.

A good rental for younger people

First, the positives: the landlords and property manager are extremely responsive and friendly. If I could give them more rhan five stars, I would. The house was also very clean with the exception of the washer and dryer, and very cute. The mattresses and bed frames are due for replacement. The property manager waa kind enough to buy a foam mattress topper for the worst bed, and we made do with the other two, but they are beyond their useful life for all except the youngest backs. We didn’t realize when we made this reservation that there is no dining room table. The bar seating at the kitchen counter is uncomfortable, as the chair seats are nearly as tall as the counter. A collapsible dining table and stackable padded chairs would make this home much more comfortable and usable. The surrounding neighborhood gave us a few qualms when we first drove in (billboard advertising a strip joint, tattoo parlor on the corner), but the residential street itself is quiet and pretty, and the house is a very easy drive to all the sights.

Great experience

The rental had everything we needed and the check in/out process was super easy. It's a nice little house and we had a great visit with our family in Nashville. One small upgrade would be that since it's pet friendly, just a little bit of fence behind the driveway would make it easier for pups to play in the yard - it's almost completely fenced in except for that section. Not necessary, just an upgrade. We recommend this rental!

Quiet, but so close to downtown

We were in town for a concert at Bridgestone Arena. The house is 4.7mi from the arena and center of downtown. Easy to navigate even with this being our first stay in Nashville. Everything in the house was perfect. Teens loved the pellet ice machine! 10/10 would stay again.

Nashville trip

The house was very nice and clean! It was not far from downtown, so taking an Uber or Lift was no problem! They have everything you would need in the kitchen and are super responsive and informative of stores close by. They were prompt to answer when I had a question! I will definitely stay there or another location of theirs when I go back.

Perfect size! All the amenities you could ask for and then some. Quiet neighborhood, relaxing somewhat secluded backyard. Easy to find and a short drive into downtown Nashville! We would definitely consider this place again!
