Tried to get early check in and was told they would let us know when the unit was clean, but no one ever got back to us. I asked the day before check in, and twice the day of. Our unit, 5, had no upstairs AC when we got there. It was 78 degrees. Lights over the master bath sink were out in unit 5. We were moved to unit 2 the next day, thankfully, but we had to pack everything that we unpacked the day before to move to the other unit. The shower curtain in main bath was gross with a pink scum on it. Luckily we found one under the sink and changed it ourselves. The main floor bedroom also had a leak above the window so when it rained, which was daily, a lot of water leaked in onto side of the bed and floor. I reported it as soon as we saw it, but you can tell it’s been there for a while. We had to move the bed to keep it from getting soaked so we could sleep on it. The fan light in the master bedroom did not work. The shampoo/conditioner containers in the bottom floor shower were empty. The fridge had no shelves on the door for storage. From the responses I got whenever I messaged them, I feel like they were already aware of the issues and chose to ignore them. Aside from moving us, they did not check-in to see how it was going after we moved. They didn't really seem to care. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was plenty of toilet paper, extra paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, sponge and dishwasher tabs.
