Amazing place that was close to everything we wanted to do. Jeffrey was easy to communicate with and he provided all the information needed about the place before arrival.

This was the perfect spot for our trip with two other couples! Everyone had their own bathroom and we loved the rooftop! The bidets are a nice extra touch ;-)The location is perfect for quick Ubers to downtown and we enjoyed a nice walk to Germantown. Jeffrey was wonderful to deal with - recommend this place for sure!

This property was the perfect location for a girls’ weekend. The beds were comfortable, the house was well appointed and the rooftop was a lovely spot to drink our morning coffee! Communication was great and really appreciated the house guide which was provided ahead of our stay. Would definitely rent this property again!

Guys trip

Great place very clean and everything that we needed to have a good time was pretty much there. Beds are super comfortable as well. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.

Great Stay!

This place was perfect! The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect and it was a short UBER to Broadway. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We really loved staying here. We came into town for the Bengals Titans game and it was a great location to walk to the game as well as Five Points area. We also loved the Rooftop just wished it was warmer so we could enjoy it! We would definitely recommend staying here and book again!

This townhouse was wonderful and convenient. The kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were comfortable. It was very easy to get in and out of downtown. Parking was easy when we took the car out, but we also Ubered, and the stadium is an easy walk. There were lots of good restsurants in walking distance too. Our host, Jeffrey, was very responsive and friendly. You should stay here.

Great Propert

There were 3 adult couples and we enjoyed this property. It is very convenient that each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The location is close to Nissan stadium and Broadway which was great for our trip.

Beautiful and convenient

Jeffrey was very accommodating and the house was very beautiful and spacious enough for all of us. We were close to pretty much everything we had wanted to see in Nashville.

Birthday Celebration

Excellent location to East Nashville and short Uber to Broadway. Plenty of space for the 7 of us women to get ready for each day of adventure.

Everything was perfect!

Property was accurately described, host could not have been more accommodating. Great location ( walking distance from town if you like to walk!) and great communication with host. We had a blast and were very comfortable there!

Great Stay In Nashville

Location is perfect, just a short Uber ride down to Broadway and the fun. Condo was very nice, spacious/clean rooms, nice kitchen and sitting area to hang out in while you wait for everyone to get ready. We enjoyed the rooftop in the mornings for our coffee. We would absolutely stay here again when we come through Nashville.

Great Location

This home is just a short walk to five points and a short Uber ride to broadway. The owner was absolutely wonderful in accommodating all our questions before our trip. House was just as advertised and very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville.

Girls Trip

We had such a great weekend. The house was perfect. The rooftop had a great view too. It is important to mention there are a lot of stairs. We loved some of the local restaurants near the house and Downtown was just a a quick car ride. Highly recommend the house and area.
