Fantastic stay from start to finish! The property was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. This home was absolutely perfect for our family trip. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, well appointed and room for everyone. The house is centrally located and within walking distance to everything. Rob was a wonderful host, great communication and accommodated early arrival and late check out. We would highly recommend staying here and in fact would stay here anytime we come to Nashville.

Super nice property with easy access to all the hot spots in nashville. The host Rob was most attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a fun week. We were a party of 12, Plenty of space for all of us. 5 bedrooms so any couples got the rooms and there were even 2 fold out memory foam mattresses tucked in the closet for easy access. All the linens were super nice. The pantry had all the essentials including coffee filters, and board games!! He even had the “soda fridge” stocked with beers and sodas, left from previous tenants. We were sure to pay it forward. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful and very clean home. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. There is a great living room area and even a nice sitting area outside. It is a short walk to Broadway and other places in Nashville. The owner, Rob, was such a pleasure to deal with and gave us great suggestions on places to go visit or eat. I stayed at the house with four other ladies and we had a great experience. We will definitely rent this property again the next time we are in Nashville.

Rob was amazing. The house was stocked with towels, showering supplies, full packs of make up wipes and everything we would need in the kitchen. There was even extra sunscreen in the pantry. He even brought over extra board games from his collection when we mentioned we were having a quiet night in.Beautiful house and close to lots of fun things to do.

The location was great for a quick Uber to anywhere you wanted to go. The description was spot on and the house was perfect for enjoying time with family and friends! Rob was quick to respond and offered some great local information.

Great place to stay!

I can not say enough about how perfect this place was for us. The location was great and the place was great for our group. I highly recommend, and we would definately stay again.
