The Larmon mixes the charm of Nashville and the unique design of a modern LA Loft . With a fun floor to ceiling open floor plan and a spacious rooftop deck, it's the perfect home base for your stay in Nashville. Located in the heart of Melrose in Berry Hill, a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill" Walkable to many music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by. Welcome to Nashville!

This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms with king beds, and a hall bath. There are TVs in every bedroom.

Guests have access to the entire private home including the attached two car garage that fits two small to midsize vehicles. There is one additional surface space for larger vehicles.

Dogs under 50lbs allowed. • Pet Fee $75 per pet per night - Limit 2 pets. Additional Pet fees collected after booking.

Located in a desirable area in Melrose/8south minutes from 12south, Gulch, and Downtown. We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive.
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM CST unless early check-in is reserved
• Check-out is 10AM CST
• All guests must be above the age of 25
• No parties or events - Residential neighborhood with limited parking
• No smoking - violation will result in a $250 fee
• No decorations unless approved by host and $250 refundable fee is paid
• No parking in the driveway, you will be towed

This place is huge and beautiful! Bigger than even the listing shows. Stayed for business trip with three other colleagues and we each got our own room. Private and quiet other than the occasional train whistle. Stop by a paper Street coffee one morning just up the road.

A Great Place To Stay

Very clean accommodations with ample space for a larger group. Location was perfect for our activities with easy access to the highway. Some people have complained about the train whistles but we hardly noticed them.

Great property

My friends and I stayed for 4 days and the property was amazing! Extremely accurate to pictures and very clean and organized. The host messaged me a detailed description of the expectations for check in and check out and how to use some of the equipment on the property (like the fireplace). Only call out would be there is a train nearby that you can hear clearly that runs frequently.

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! We were moving our daughter to Nashville and needed a place to stay until her apartment was completed. This was perfect! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. Yes, we heard the train frequently, but we hit used to it. We hope to stay here again when we visit!

Great for family, some challenges

Loved the house and location was convenient to Vanderbilt campus for events. Close to grocery and other amenities. A couple of things worth noting: the unit is tall with a lot of steep steps. Not the best house for someone with a mobility challenge of any kind. Train yard nearby and train blows horn often throughout the night. House itself is well kept and gracious. Enjoyed our stay overall.

Spectacular

This was the best house to celebrate our son's graduation. Perfect location to travel back and forth to Belmont University, downtown Nashville, airport, and Brentwood. The host explained check-in and check-out details succinctly and was quick to respond if needed.

Weekend Stay

House was exactly what we weee looking for. Enough beds for everyone and 3.5 bathrooms so not have a log jam. Kitchen area on the first floor and roof deck were great for mornings and nights.

Family Birthday Getaway

Beautiful large home and convenient location to downtown, shopping and airport. We had no problem navigating all the stairs, but would not recommend for families with younger children or seniors. The home is close to the train tracks with multiple trains running through the night; which bothered some of our group. The home could use at least 1 full length mirror and the 5 cup coffee maker was a struggle with our group of adults.

Fun times

We were celebrating 50th birthdays with seven ladies. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were wonderful! However, the kitchen could use a much larger coffee pot that makes at least 10 to 12 cups and there should be at least eight coffee cups. The pots and pans need to be large enough to cook for 8 people. Lastly, there is a train that runs frequently, so bring earplugs. Overall, our stay was a perfect getaway to celebrate.

30 year anniversary trip

4 couples stayed a week. House was great. Modern nice clean. Private garage for the car. Loved it had a great time. Liked roof top lounge area. Cons: lots of stairs but not an issue for us, needs more seating in living room, need full length mirror, occasional train horn but didn’t bother us at all. We will stay there again.

Great Stay!

We had a great time at the house! The house accommodated 8 of us comfortably. Uber and Lyft reasonable to downtown and a grocery store was within walking distance, under a mile. The host, Laura, was awesome! She was responsive and able to assist us within minutes. One thing that would make the house better would be at least one full length mirror in the house. Highly recommend!

Clean, stylish, less than ideal location and lacked comfort ability

The place was new, clean, pleasing to the eye but the beds and bedding lacked comfort. The couches were very nice to look at but not comfy cozy at all. We loved how spacious things were and the bathrooms were amazing. There just weren’t any added amenities such as the small 4 cup coffee pot that was not big enough for our group of six. I think with some added touches it could have been much better. Also, the cleaning deposit should have covered all of the cleaning instead of us having to wipe down counters and place linens in the laundry as per instructions.

Were it Not for the Train…

The home is beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The location was good in relation to downtown and nearby attractions, but I had two significant complaints. First was that the owner didn’t respond to emails (granted I was going through email at first rather than directly through the VRBO app, but I was replying to an email I received from the owner asking if I had any questions, so it seemed reasonable to expect a timely reply. Ultimately I got through by calling the number provided via VRBO). Second was the fact that a train came by every hour or so and kept waking me up at night. I know the owner has no control over the train, but it just made for a very frustrating experience when I wasn’t expecting it. If you’re a heavy sleeper you may be just fine! The upstairs balcony was cool but the view is now completely instructed by other buildings, so the view advertised in the pictures at the time of my booking was not at all what I experienced.

Girls Trip to Nashville - Nov 2021

The girls and I had a great stay at this property. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed during our stay, but Laura was very helpful and responsive to ensure our stay was pleasant. It was a very nice and well kept property. I definitely agree with the other reviews that you have to be mindful of the train being so close by that comes through quite frequently.

Great for group getaway

We had a great time at this property! We had 4 couples and were able to sleep comfortably and spread out when we needed to. We loved the gathering areas on the first and third floors, and especially the patio area. But beware, there are a LOT of stairs! We found that the location was fairly convenient. It was close to the city and attractions. During the day, an Uber ride to the city was $15, but at night it was up to $80! (TIP: take a taxi ride back to the house to save $$)

Great trip

We were in Nashville for a wedding. Property was perfect for our family to stay in while in town It was in a convenient location on the edge of a very nice Berry Hill neighborhood. Our favorite part of the trip, besides the wedding, was the escape room located just a few blocks away Be advised there are a number of steps in this property. Otherwise we felt completely safe and really enjoyed our stay.
