"The staff was so accommodating! We ended up needing an extra night so we booked via a different website and the staff combined our two reservations and even switched us rooms when a fan wasn’t working to an upgraded view! We were so extremely comfortable and it was the perfect location right in main Devonport a one minute walk to the ferry which we took everyday downtown."

"The room was exactly what we needed! I was travelling with my daughter who has Down Syndrome and can get overwhelmed and anxious when travelling. We had a free late check out which really helped! My daughter loved the “spa” bath in our suite. Being close to the beach was awesome! "
