Appartamento Cristallo is a holiday home on the first floor of a residential complex with shared swimming pool. It`s in Boncore, a village near Torre Lapillo, and it accommodates up to 5 guests. The
apartment shares the entry gate with the unit on the ground floor and
it`s on a long driveway overlooked by every unit of the complex. In the
outdoor area shared with the other guests, there is a big swimming pool with reserved beach beds. Moreover, there is a reserved spot in the parking area.
Appartamento Cristallo consists of a living room with open kitchen and glass doors, furnished with French-sized sofa bed,
tv and air conditioning. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, a
double bedroom with balcony and a twin bedroom. Moreover, there is a bathroom and an exclusive terrace with table and chairs.

Appartamento Cristallo is in a residential complex in Boncore, a quiet village near Torre Lapillo, one of the most loved Apulian holiday destinations, on the coast of Porto Cesareo.
The
complex is 500 meters away from amenities such as supermarket, tobacco
shops and newsstand. The city centre of Torre Lapillo is 1 kilometer
away. The beautiful beaches with comfortable beach establishments are 5
minutes away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Shared pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Entrance gate shared with downstairs apartment.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
