Updated Tropical Oasis, Very Private, Book now for Family Vacations

What could be better than an updated Tropical Oasis in the heart of Bonita Springs? Our open concept home is located in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida. Just 15 minutes to Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach. Close to downtown Bonita Springs and less than 5 min to multiple golf courses. Only 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and Naples Beach.

This property is 1,300 square feet and has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full open concept kitchen, a large 65" Smart LED TV in the living room. There are three queen beds in each of the rooms with 50" LED Smart TVs.

The large backyard has a beautiful lagoon style pool with new outdoor seating to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. The outdoors area includes a beach area which includes two large hammocks and lounge chairs to enjoy the sunset and weather. Enjoy the quiet peacefulness of a private tropical paradise and lot of relaxing outside.

No pets allowed (no exceptions, sorry). No Smoking. Linens (sheets, bath towels, blankets, pillows) are provided at no cost. Guests need to bring only beach towels. Initial supplies will include one roll of paper towels and starter dishwasher tablets in kitchen and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Guests will need to bring or purchase any additional needed items for the duration of their stay.

This is a perfect location for family vacations! Up to 7 can easily share this home. Also convenient for golf vacations with multiple courses within a short drive. Within easy driving distance to Naples (great restaurants, shopping, and downtown!), For Myers and Marco Island. A trip to the local beaches is a must!

This home has a spacious floor plan with wide doorways. Single-floor living plan as all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and kitchen are all on the same level. Great for those who prefer not to go up and down stairs.

4pm check-in and 10am check-out - we need that time to provide a thorough cleaning.

***This home is privately owned and not managed by a rental agency. Your calls and emails will be answered directly (and quickly) by the owners.*** We purchased the home in April 2021 and have been remodeling for you.

Our stay in Bonita Springs was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. As someone for whom cleanliness is of the utmost importance, I was so impressed by how impeccable the home was when we arrived. The house was incredibly spacious and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home for my husband, our 22-year-old son, his friend, and me.The outdoor space is a real highlight; the home is located in a very quiet neighborhood and features a wonderful private backyard. The guys spent most of their time enjoying the heated salt water pool, and when they weren’t in the water, they were in the garage making the most of the ping pong table and arcade games. It was the perfect setup to keep everyone entertained.Beyond the house itself, the owner was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. If you are looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-equipped vacation spot, I cannot recommend this property enough. We had a fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The home was lovely and spacious. And the pool was beautiful surrounded by palm trees. If we're going to stay in the area again, I would definitely rent this property once more. The owner Jason was very easy to work with as well. Close to so many restaurants and I drove 15 min to the beach and walked everyday. Really nice property

We loved staying at this home with our 5 kids, ages 4 to 12! It was private with a great size back yard. The pool wasn't heated but the sun shines on it most of the day and it was clean and well kept. The house was clean and had a good layout that felt much bigger than the pictures. The beds were comfortable. It had all the amenities to get started. The garage with ping pong table and games was fun. They also had some pool toys and beach toys and chairs and an umbrella which was great! When we reached out to the host with a concern they were quick to respond. We would highly recommend staying here.

This home is comfortable, clean and welcoming. Owner communicates quickly and even checked to make sure everything is going well . Outside has comfortable sitting furniture and has lots of tall foliage. When we booked this property, it showed an outdoor sandy area with hammocks which are no longer there. That was replaced with a fire pit and adirondack chairs, which provides an outdoor area for more people. Pool toys, beach chairs and beach umbrella located in garage where there is also a ping pong table and video games.

Had a wonderful week's stay at this spectacular home. Had every convenience you needed. Home has a well stocked kitchen. The pool and firepit were a big hit with the teens. The location is close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Easy check in/check out. Host was a pleasure to work with. Quick response with any questions. 10/10 highly recommend.

Bonita Springs home away from home

This was an excellent property for us stay at on our trip back to Bonita Springs. With friends that live close by, we were able to visit them easily. The games in the garage was great plus to entertain the kids. The inside of the home was decorated nicely, with everything you needed. The backyard pool area was very relaxing with a beautiful pool to splash around and relax in. Overall a great vacation experience in this house. The host Jason was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We still stay again for sure.

Trip to see the grandkids!

We loved staying on St. Patrick lane-especially grandpa -our Saint Patrick! The kids enjoyed the pool and the video games and the house was perfect for BBQs and movie nights! Very clean and had all the amenities we needed!

Lovely break in Bonita Springs

The house is modern and very well equipped. The kids loved the pool and the TV in every room :-) We discussed some concerns with the owner and he was very reactive- they should be addressed for the next visitors. We really enjoyed our stay and would return!

Bonita Holiday Stay

The property was great and my family greatly enjoyed our stay. Newly renovated and plenty of space. Kids loved the 2 Arcade games and ping pong table. Pool and backyard seating gave more space to enjoy the nice weather. Queen beds in all rooms which can be tight if you have older kids. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the Bonita Springs area!!

Nicely appointed, clean and modern in quiet neighborhood

We've rented in Bonita Springs/Naples a number of times in recent years. Jason's property is one of the best we've stayed in. It's a recent renovation that is clean, with no clutter. Furniture and appointments are modern and tasteful. The bedding was clean and fresh. The lanai is southward-facing with palm trees all around—extremely private. The pool is clean and deep. The neighbors seemed decent and quiet. The speckless garage functions as the perfect rec(reation) room for kids and as a laundry/storage room. The combination lock on the door makes it easy to check-in and not have to worry about keys. The location was very quiet yet convenient (much quieter than properties that are right next to US41). As a host, Jason was straight-forward and easy to deal with. This was perhaps the lowest-hassle experience we've ever had with a property. We found the price to be fair and in line with the market.

Very clean

Property is well put together and very clean it a very nice property to stay at with family and friends. The pool patio is nice, no Florida bugs while you swim. The back area is nice and secluded from neighbors to feel like you are not in a neighborhood. But the inside is like a magizine.
