Beautiful Condo with great views of lake & golf course, access to Private Beach

Recently renovated with beautiful views

This 2nd floor 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit with elevator access features a beautiful lanai with Golf Course and lake views. It has an open floor plan with a combination living/dining area. The bedroom suite has a beautiful view and sliding doors to the lanai, with a king size bed and flat screen TV. The bath has a sink, a tub also to be used as the shower. The living room has a pull out couch (Queen size, comfortable for 2 kids) and also a flat screen TV. All of the units surround the beautifully landscaped courtyard. The condo also has high speed internet and WiFi.
This condo is our family vacation spot, so we make sure it is well maintained and absolutely clean.

Wild Pines is located in the exclusive Bonita Bay Resort with 5 private golf courses, a marina and private beach. The Private Beach is a short drive (4 miles), chairs, umbrellas, restrooms and showers. There is a free shuttle running hourly. It is within walking distance of shopping & restaurants. Bonita Bay offers many amenities, including a private beach club on the Gulf of Mexico with a complimentary shuttle service (no parking allowed for renters at the private beach), three parks, basketball, tennis and bocce ball courts, a community pool, hot tub, BBQ area and clubhouse for picnicking. Free canoe/kayak rentals, fishing piers, picnic areas, playgrounds, butterfly gardens, a boardwalk to the back bays, as well as miles of walking and bike trails, make Bonita Bay a top vacation destination.

Peaceful relaxing condo

The condo is located in the Bonita Bay development which is wonderful- beautifully landscaped, lots of things to do. Close to many stores and restaurants. Particularly enjoyed the lanai with its west view of some trees and the golf course- some great sunsets. Owner very responsive.

Enjoyed the stay.... beautiful community.

I feel the private beach access was somewhat misleading. It was not the image that was described. Also, there were no beach chairs provided with the condo, and beach towels were very old and worn. Lastly the mattress was not very comfortable and linens need to be updated.

Great Place to Stay!

We rented this condo for one week. Great location, very clean, just as advertised. Perfect for a couple. Well equipped and updated kitchen. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely rent again if we return to Bonita Springs!

Great stay

Enjoyed our stay in Wild Pines! Great location for us with other family members living in Bonita Bay. We don’t need much and the condo met our expectations. It is only a one bedroom, so it is small for 3 adults - but we knew that going in and it didn’t bother us at all!!

Everything was great except two things. 1) every thing was really clean except the coffee pot. That was really in need of cleaning. We did that before we could use it. 2) Our room was missing the RD IF keys needed to use the shuttle to the beaches.

Relaxing Piece of Paradise

The condo was perfect for our week long stay in Bonita Springs as we celebrated my mother's 90th birthday. The location made it extremely convenient for our visits to see her and it was equipped with everything we needed to prepare all of her favorite meals. The grounds were immaculate and bursting with color. The pool was quaint and quiet, and the beach with amazing sunsets finished each day with color. Our stay was perfect.

Overall very nice and comfortable for the two of us. Pool close to the unit. Nice views. Lots of good shopping and restaurants nearby. Shuttle bus to the private beach worked well… but listing implied we could drive to the beach when that is not allowed for renters… not a big deal but listing should be clear about that.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and updated with a beautiful view of the golf course. The hosts promptly addressed any small issues we had. We enjoyed the amenities at Bonita Bay, especially the shuttle to the private beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo!

Traveling solo with my twin sons, I felt very safe in the condo. Very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Nicely decorated, well appointed, quiet! We loved our stay and would love to stay here again!

A good experience

This apartment fit the bill for the two of us. Nice, quiet, secure area. Everything was clean and in working order. We arrived late at night, unfortunately, and realized there was no toilet paper or paper towels. I made a frantic midnight run to the guard shack (the only place I knew was open) for an emergency roll. Markus and Joie had some to us the next morning, and clarified that their policy is to provide enough of each until their guests can make it to the store. I've never run into this before at a VRBO. So, make sure to factor those things into your grocery pick-up order before you arrive.

Love Wild Springs

Condo was very clean. Air conditioner worked great! Very convenient to stores and restaurants and beaches and pool!! Unit had curtains on sliders and plenty of towels. Would suggest getting paper towels and napkins if u stop for groceries. Loved all the places to walk in community but absolute favorite was sitting on porch and having coffee in morn and wine at night and enjoying the peace and quiet and birds and view! Will definitely be back!

Wild Pines - Bonita Bay

We visit Ft Myers Beach every year and this is our first time staying in Bonita due to the on-going recovery from Ian. Many of our favorites are no longer but found new ones! The condo was as advertise. The property complex was gorgeous, highly secure and conveniently located. The owners were accomodating and responsive. We highly recommend!
