Perfect Naples stay

Fantastic

House was fantastic. Clean and smelled amazing. Pool area was perfect and House had all the amenities. The owners could not have been friendlier or nicer. Truly good people. Highly recommend and we will be back again.

Great place to Stay

This is our first time in Bob & Gina’s house and would totally recommend it for a vacation. 8 of us stayed comfortably in the 4 bedrooms. The pool area was great with a Jacuzzi pool and a perfect outdoor kitchen area for BBQ nights / days. The kitchen is very well equipped and overall I would say it’s one of the best suited places we’ve stayed in the area - hopefully we’ll be back soon. Thank you

Snow Escape

Family getaway from MN winter was wonderful. This is our second stay in this house. It is beautiful and new pool area is great! Our 10th year in Briarwood didn’t disappoint. Bob and Gina are easily accessible and nice to work with.

Peaceful and close to everything

Very nice property in Briarwood neighborhood. This is a very well appointed house with most things a person would need to stay a week away from home. Owners were very responsive. Easy check in and check out. Pool area is great with high quality loungers and dining area. We used the grill a few times with great success. Don't hesitate to rent this spot for a group vacation, family vacation, or get together. I really like this house lay out. Basically feels like 3 separate living areas. The view from the backyard is stellar. We didn't see any gators but there were turtles and ducks and other critters. Very nice house that would suit almost anyone's needs.

Beautiful home

This is our second time in Briarwood and we love the location and neighborhood. The house was beautiful and the outdoor area is truly an oasis. The only very very very small thing I’d note is if you enjoy a soft mattress and pillows or tempurpedic is your usual, your back may hurt. It’s been a while since I’ve slept flat and on a firm mattress. I’d absolutely book this home again!

Wonderful Place!

The Best of Briarwood

We’ve been vacationing in Naples for 6 years. This home was the third one we’ve rented in Briarwood. It was by far the best. Bob and Gina responded quickly to any questions we had. Perfect family vacation!

My family enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home! The home is spacious, tastefully decorated and spotless. Our entire family enjoyed the heated pool and spa in the evenings after our daytime adventures in Naples. The modern kitchen is stocked with plentiful dinnerware, cookware and utensils. The owners supply bikes, boardgames, beach chairs/umbrellas, pool toys, golf clubs and more! The home owners made check-in and check-out a breeze. The communication was perfect and I knew I would get a quick response if needed. This is one of the nicest homes we have stayed at, and we travel often! I highly recommend this home and hope to return in the future.

Beautifully appointed 4BR home w/ private pool & hot tub overlooking lake. Relaxing & quiet. Community tennis courts & 2 dedicated pickleball courts! Heated community pool & separate lap pool. Anything you want is w/I 15 minutes--Beach, east naples community park for 64 pickleball courts. Ocean swimming was phenomenal! Pristine beaches & outstanding restaurants! Wonderful home

We stayed here for a week in November to get away from the cold weather in Chicago. The house has a great set up with separate bedrooms and a nice kitchen for family meals. The pool and hot tub were a favorite for my kids (ages 3 and 6). The garage also has chairs and sand toys for the beach. We had a wonderful visit at the house and the checkin/checkout was easy.

Family Vacation June 2021

Renting the property was easy and the owners communicated with me at the time I rented and answered all questions quickly. Their home is beautiful and comfortable. And the pool area with grill made for some great evenings.
