Great home and great host. The only upside was the air conditioning.Not the right size unit for this home. We spend a few days with with some sweating, but enjoyed ourselves.

What a wonderful property! Very convenient to everything, and the house was immaculate. Grocery stores and wonderful restaurants were minutes away. Multiple beach options are close by, and we loved the pool and hot tub. Thomas thought of every little detail that a guest might need. We would definitely stay again!

Superior Customer Service/ Hospitality

This home by far exceeded my expectations. It covers anything and everything you would need in a home from small supplies like corner covers for children to floaties, several beach chairs, and beach toys. This home definitely knows what their customer needs in a home to enjoy their vacation to the fullest. Definitely recommend. 10/10

Great pool

The home at a great outdoor area to hang out with family or friends. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The house has bikes, beach chairs and coolers to use. Kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook your meals.

Wonderful vacation rental

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming home! Thomas was an exceptional host—highly responsive and attentive. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach and conveniently close to pickleball courts at Veteran's Park. With fantastic restaurants and grocery stores nearby, everything we needed was within easy reach. You truly couldn't ask for a better place for a vacation!

Great Winter Get-away

The house was super cozy and well-designed. The pool was incredible - it was heated to a perfect temperature in the winter, so our toddler could swim without any worries. The hot tub was amazing too. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, and we were so grateful for the “welcome gift” in the fridge. The garden and pool area were beautifully designed, with plenty of privacy. All the rooms were super comfortable. And guess what? It was right next to the beach and Whole Foods! We had an amazing time and are already planning to come back again!

Great weekend stay!

We stayed at the 101 during a weekend with our family and we had a great time. The house has great amenities, it is spacious, super clean and well located. We had a great time staying there. The host is very responsive and helpful. There are all sort of restaurants and stores very close by. Recommended!!

Great house with new pool

Pool was excellent! Location close to beach House was perfect quiet neighborhood. It was well stocked, shampoo, body wash, Sunscreen , laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, Coffee, great no worries for just having a carry on Refreshments in the fridge when we arrived Would stay here again !

Nice and comfty stay.

Our family had a good time. The location is good and the house was nice and clean. Only thing I could have wanted was a few more towels to shower and a kids night light and a bathroom kids stool chair to be able to reach the sink. But overall it was a comfortable stay. The kids loved it and we had a great time as a family. :)
