Enjoy the warmth of Naples

Park Shore Resort is the quintessential tropical paradise nestled in the most fantastic city of the South West, non other than Naples. Park Shore, the surrounding area, elegantly welcomes walkers in the morning and at night for a stroll, run or bicycle ride across the community. The Park Shore Resort is set on 13 acres with tropical gardens highlighted by waterfalls, running creek, and a lake. Amenities include a tropical heated pool with koi pond, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, racquetball courts, covered picnic tables, gazebo, gas barbecue grills, sun deck and restaurant.
The unit offers one in suite comfortable master bedroom and the second bedroom with a day bed with trundle can open into a comfortable den. There are two full bathrooms, both with step free showers and fixed grab bars that allow for easy living in the heart of the resort.
The lanai provides peaceful views of palm trees, flowing pond, and all the typical animals that quietly add to the experience. Bedroom 1 consists of a King size bed, dresser with ample storage, side tables, walk in closet, "split bathroom" with en-suite bathroom. Bathroom has the vanity outside and step free shower inside for easy sharing. The interior decor of the condo reflects a blend of British West Indies with contemporary touches. It feels cozy and relaxing. Bedroom 2 ( Den): day bed with a trundle with very comfortable memory foam mattresses, night table, ample space and finished closet. The den has access to the lanai. 2nd bathroom has a step free shower and is easily accessible for guests from the main living spaces. Living room, kitchen, and dining area enjoy an open floor plan with space to spread out while still enjoying shared moments. The resort boasts trails and bridges that connect the luscious gardens, the swimming pool , bbq area and space to enjoy a family meal or just relaxing in the sun.
The property is near the Park Shore beach along with the best restaurants and world class shopping.
Conveniences within unit: air conditioning, in room safe, walk in closet, television with cable, wifi included, elevator and stair access, easy and ample parking.
Surrounding area: Supermarket, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, amazing shopping all within a short distance.

We loved our stay in Naples

Our stay in Naples was wonderful, the resort is lovely and very comfortable, our space was perfect, couple of things didn’t work, but we contacted the property manager. However, the staff at the resort was not very helpful, and the hot tub apparently hasn’t worked for years, which was a disappointment. The restaurant was outstanding and we overall enjoyed it very much.

Fantastic stay!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Naples! The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful and the rooms were exactly as listed. Marcela had put together a binder of helpful information and activities in the area that we used often. She even had beach towels and chairs for us to use. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked with necessities and more. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Brief Winter Getaway

The Unit was very nice and clean, the only issue was the furnishings were quite dated, but everything was still in good condition. Our host Marcela was very accommodating and receptive. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Naples Getaway

Although we worried about the un-tropical weather forecast, our stay was nothing short of AMAZING! Needing a few days away to restore and recharge, we chose this unit because of the location. Here are some of our highlights: Host: very responsive and quick to reply, everything was ready to go at the front desk for check in. Check in was quick and easy and front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Grounds: beautiful tropical hideaway is how we described it. Inside the Park Shore resort, there are tropical trees, waterfalls, bridges, just magical. There was some construction across the way in the resort which didn’t affect our stay. Also there is an awesome restaurant with a delicious burger and full bar right there. This was our favorite place to have a drink and enjoy the pool deck and tropical views. This area really makes the Park Shore resort feel like a resort. Unit: the condo we rented was perfect for us. We had two bathrooms which was convenient and the extra space off the living room. I had to work a little and this was a great spot to set up the laptop and do some work. Work aside, the tv area was cozy for watching a movie or relaxing. The decor was just right for that Tommy Bahama style you look for in the tropical vibe that Naples has. We cooked a few small meals like breakfast and made some cocktails in the kitchen, had everything we needed. My husband loved the bed firmness, slept really well. Location: We were able to walk nearby to stores which was convenient and we didn’t have to move the car. The beach was beautiful, we went to Clam Pass and enjoyed our walks along the sand. All in all, we enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to make another getaway to this magical place.

Great communication with Marcela. Park Shore Resort was as advertised; a beautiful property. Some issues with cleanliness; dishes not overly clean, hairs found in medicine cabinets. Appliances were functional but very old. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in this unit 5-6 times before, we were happy with it. Location is great. Have stayed in other units in complex as well. This will be our last time in this unit. It has the original worn out kitchen and bathrooms. Mill work dirty, needs replacing or at least painted. No hot water in one of the showers last few days. No elevator 19 out of 21 days there. Husband 87, walks with a cane, only left the unit 4 times. Rented unit knowing there was a elevator. Construction going on last week and not told a head of time. Difficult for me to sit by pool or on lanai for the noise. Saw a rat which did not help. Shower curtain needs to be replaced, sheets and towels old. Chair in Living room needs to be replaced. No place to sit and read as lighting so poor. Mattress was replaced 2-3 years ago but only a 7 out of 10 now. Dining room table needs to have the glass removed and cleaned. Carpeting could use a good cleaning or put in tiles. Had a vacuum but need a swifter to wash floors. TV in bedroom did not work. This unit needs a complete redo. Suggest owners look at some of the units that have been updated. Pool rules not followed, management issue.

Even nicer than we expected!

We were very pleased with our stay in the unit Marcela managed. We thought the pictures looked great but thought it was even nicer when we arrived. The unit had everything we might possibly need and it was very clean. Many of our potential needs were anticipated with items in the unit or comments by Marcela. The view was great- a lovely spot to relax on the balcony, near the pool, or the grill area. The beach a short drive away. We will look to stay again. Great find. Thank you .

Quick stay

Plenty of room with easy check in and many shops and restaurants you can walk to. On site restaurant was excellent and I would recommend making reservation before arriving. Listing was accurate with plenty of storage space for all your stuff.

Six Weeks at Park Shore Resort

The unit was beautiful, Mediterranean style- spacious, a wall of windows leading on to the roomy lanai. It was well-maintained & comfortable. Our unit was a corner unit on the 3rd floor at the end, which was quiet but difficult for accessibility for me with 3 flights of stairs and the far end from the elevator. We found the pool to be too far from the unit for our convenience, and the bbq grills beyond that so we did not grill as we like to do. We enjoyed the lanai with the warm sun, and a slight breeze, being up 3 floors and we sat out there each day. Marcela, the owner, couldn’t have been nicer. A real plus! And the people at the desk in the lobby were very warm & friendly & helpful. The grounds are just beautiful for nature-lovers like myself, and most pleasant for daily walks. This is my honest appraisal of our 6 weeks at Park Shore Resort.

Relaxing Naples

Marcela's condo is lovely. The pictures are accurate but the place is even lovelier in person and very comfortable. Check in was quick and easy and Marcela's notes prior to our arrival provided everything we needed to know. The location in Naples was also great - walking distance to several restaurants and the supermarket. We hope to return again!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at Park Shore Resort! Great location in Naples. Pool was nice, grounds well kept, and condo was comfortable. We enjoyed pickleball and tennis, basketball, cornhole on-site. Very nice Weber grills to cook out. Beaches are within short driving distance (too far to walk). Property manager Marcela was very helpful.
