Cozy and Charming Condo in Naples

Come stay in the fully renovated first floor two-bedroom and two-bathroom condo, located less than 8 miles from the beach, 5th avenue and Naples Pier. Also, it has its own covered parking space and accommodates up to 6 people comfortably.
This charming condo is close to Naples beaches and Marco Island, restaurants and shopping centers. It is spacious fully furnished unit with two bedrooms (king and queen size beds), two bathrooms, a separate living room area with a sofa that can be turned into a full-size bed, full size kitchen, and a screened lanai. Also, it features a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, cookware. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, cable TV and Roku. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and bathroom with a shower. Guests can also enjoy a swimming pool conveniently close to the apartment. This charming condo is sure to be your home away from home!

Check in time is 3pm. We will be happy to accommodate early arrival based on the availability.

Check out time is 11am.
This condo has a smart lock, so no need to meet us for keys.

Please note that the association requires application approval for every person over age 18 in order to keep the community safe.

We had another awesome stay! Everything you need at the condo is there. It feels like home. The pool is heated and you can view it from the enclosed lanai. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great for walking or riding your bike! And shopping is all right around the corner! It's perfect! See you next year! Thank you!

Our month here at this condo was perfect! Lovely place to stay with everything you might need. I did buy a full length mirror and left it there in the master. The pool was close and great! Would rent this place again next January but it was already rented!! Haha!! Julia is great too. Great to communicate with. Thank you! Robin & Nick

Everything we wanted

The condo was perfectly located for our needs. It was in a quiet neighborhood, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Communication with the property owner was terrific. We loved it there and would like to stay again.

Comfortable Condo in a Peaceful Complex

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The unit is easily accessible and comfortable. It has a nice split floor plan and everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. The complex is pleasant and the location is central, with easy access to both the beaches of Marco Island and Naples. Would definitely return!

Abbington Village

Thinks I liked: Great condo. Beautiful finishes. Very spacious. Wonderful neighborhood. Very nice neighbors. Close to everything. Felt very safe. Things I didn’t like: Pool water kept in the 90’s every day. The water was not refreshing at all. I went to the Collier County pool to swim and to cool down, it was in the mid to high 80’s every day. And the condo pool water was way too warm. Head of condo association (Joe) is not the nicest person. There is a rule with the condo association that no trucks are allowed and you are not allowed to back your car in to your parking space. If you do you will get ticketed and Joe will have your car towed. On the day I packed my car to leave for home, I backed my car to my door to make it easier to load up. I was by myself and was having a hard time maneuvering my luggage around the other tenants vehicles. I was ticketed within hours of doing this. Thankfully i was leaving that day, otherwise I would have asked “Joe” why all the contractor trucks that are doing work at the different condos can back their trucks in and leave them like that all day every day. Other than “Joe”, everything else was very nice. Julia (the owner)was very helpful throughout my stay.

Winter Paradise!

Beautiful, freshly painted w/nice colors, very clean and comfortable. The appliances looked new all working well. Nice neighbors some full-time residents but many renters like us escaping harsh winters of central NY. Located on a well maintained setting with relaxing pool.

Comfortable Condo

My husband and I sold our house in Naples and needed to rent while waiting for our new house to be built. Little did we know that we would end up having to stay indoors much of the time due to the outbreak of covid-19. We felt lucky to be in this immaculate house!!! While this is a basic 2 bedroom condo, the house has everything you would need. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated with new cabinets and granite countertops, the bedrooms each has a king size bed, the living room area is large, and it has a nice lanai that has some privacy from bushes planted in front of it. The small development is quiet and the neighborhood is nice. We went for many walks as that was our main form of entertainment. It is within minutes of shopping and restaurants and downtown, beaches. It is also near the Botanical gardens and Marco Island. My only request would be to have more pots and pans. Under normal conditions, it wouldn't have mattered, but since we had to cook much of the time, it would have been helpful to have a bigger pot and frying pan. The owner was very responsive and helpful I would highly recommend this condo. !
