Step into a sun-soaked oasis, only a 15-minute walk (3/4 mile) to the tranquil Vanderbilt Beach near the Ritz Carlton Hotel and just 1 mile from Mercato where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping in an upscale tropical setting. Use the provided bikes to ride to the beach or restaurants or cruise around the neighborhood. Old Naples, the exclusive 5th Ave., 3rd Street S., and luxury shopping at the Waterside Shops are only a short drive away.

This newly renovated home offers a blend of modern comfort and coastal elegance. The spacious living areas are beautifully designed to provide the experience of beach living. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or relax in the hot tub in the screened-in lanai. Whether you're lounging inside or basking on the beach, it's the perfect seaside sanctuary for your next getaway.

THE SPACE:
LIVING ROOM: Beautiful coastal decor. Expect to have all the essentials: a 65-inch smart TV with Peacock, Tubi included, and other streaming apps available, a comfortable couch, swivel chairs, and plenty of space to relax. There are a variety of board games, cards, and puzzles under the TV console for your enjoyment.

OFFICE AREA: There's a white desk with a very comfortable chair to utilize if you need to get some work done during your stay directly off the living room and kitchen. Xfinity 1 Gig speed for super fast internet!

KITCHEN: Granite countertops, large Island, brand new stainless steel appliances: stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker. Fully stocked kitchen with coffeemakers (Keurig, drip coffee maker, and French press), tea kettle, blender, toaster, and other essential small appliances. Stocked drink-ware cabinet with bartender kit to make any cocktail creation imaginable. Everything you will need to prepare and serve meals is included.

DINING AREA: Off of the kitchen and living room - the spacious dining table seats 6 people. A large granite kitchen island seats 4 people as well.

WASHER & DRYER: Private full-size LG washer and dryer if you need to utilize it during your stay. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

SLEEPING: 3 large comfortable bedrooms decorated in coastal blues and white.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: King-size bed, floor-to-ceiling mirrored sliding doors for the extra large closet. 55-inch smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, and plenty of lighting with a private attached bathroom.

PRIMARY BATHROOM: Beautiful slate and tile stand-up shower with rainfall shower head and hand sprayer, double sinks, granite counters, linen closet, towels, hair dryer, lighted makeup mirror, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and soap provided.

BEDROOM 2: Queen-sized bed, foldable doors for closet space, dresser, 55-inch smart TV, mirror, ceiling fan, and plenty of lighting.

BEDROOM 3: Queen-sized bed, foldable doors for closet space, 55-inch smart TV, dresser, mirror, USB cords for Apple and Android in each nightstand, ceiling fan, and plenty of lighting.

2nd BATHROOM: Extra large deep soaking tub and shower combo with rainfall shower head and hand sprayer, single sink with granite counter, ample storage space, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash/soap provided.

LANAI: Screened in comfortable seating for 6 with tables to enjoy the fresh Naples air. 4-person hot tub to relax and unwind.

BBQ GRILL: Blackstone brand griddle/grill with grilling utensils provided.

BACKYARD PATIO: Double lounger for soaking in the sun or reading a book.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

EARLY CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. If you wish to check in early, there is an additional fee of $50 per hour for checking in between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. For early check-in before 2:00 PM there will be an additional fee equal to the full nightly rate. Early check-in MUST be approved in advance and in writing. *Early check-in is not always available*

LATE CHECK-OUT - Check-out time is 11:00 AM. There will be an additional fee of $100 for checking out after 11:00 AM. If guests check out after 1:00 PM, an additional fee equal to the full room rate will be charged. Late check-out MUST be approved in advance and in writing. *Late check-out is not always available*

The hot tub heating fee is $20 per day. It is optional.

Hurricane season is from June 1-November 30. This rental does NOT consider hurricanes as an extenuating circumstance as they state they are “foreseeable”, therefore the host’s cancellation policy will apply. We strongly urge guests to purchase insurance with weather-related protection in case of unexpected changes in plans. Purchasing insurance is always encouraged, but it is especially important for reservations between the above dates.

Girl trip getaway

The house was perfect for our trip, loved the hot tub. In a great neighborhood close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Holly communicates very well and offers so many amenities to make the stay so welcoming and easy! Will definitely return!
