Wonderful, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit, enjoy free Golfing this Summer

This spacious condo is available to rent by the week, month or longer. The unit sleeps up to 6 people. The master suites has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd room has two twin size beds. The unit has a king size sleeper sofa in living area. There is a smart TV in each room, lake and golf course view. The pool, tennis court and Sam Snead's restaurant are just a few minutes away. Located within Lely Resort and County Club and offers Championship Golf Courses: Mustang Golf Course and the Flamingo Island Course designed by Robert Jones St and Lee Trevino. The Resort offers Clubhouse and Pro Shop, 2 tennis courts, heated pool and Jacuzzi spa,15 minutes to Marco Island and 10 miles to Naples Beaches.

Recent upgrades include a new mattrasses in the master and secondary bedrooms, new living room seating and sleeper couch, new TVs. In addition, the second bedroom has been upgraded with new furniture.

We will happily offer you golf round transfers between May 15 and October 15, while supply lasts.

This place is great for all walks of lives! Just bring your toothbrush, swimsuit and golf clubs and enjoy the good life! Sorry, no pets allowed by the HOA.

Beautiful condo! Very comfortable and lovely views of the pond and golf course. So convenient to be able to park right in front and not have to deal with any stairs. Carsten was an excellent host, very accommodating and communicative. We hope to stay there again next time we’re in Naples!

Florida Getaway!!

Our stay was awesome!! The condo was as described in the listing and we loved the location. Pool area was so fun for the littles as well. We did a lot of beach days and it was really helpful that the condo had all the supplies we needed to have perfect beach days (i.e., chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach towels). Owner was very easy to contact and also very prompt with replies. Lely Resort is our Florida favorite vacation spot. Close to everything and easy to get around.

Fabulous Rental in Lely community!

Great property with the perfect location! Everything you need for a great stay. We were visiting family who live in Lely and there were lots of great amenities in the community. The hosts are also fabulous and very helpful. We look forward to coming back!

The property was very clean. Carsten was very helpful in answering any questions we had. The unit was very quiet and we had a nice view of the golf course. We enjoyed the pool which was very close.

We fell in love with the Lely Resort that is located to many great areas! The pool area, pickleball courts and Sam Smeads were so nice to have close by. We highly recommend renting from Carsten as he was extremely pleasant to work with. We look forward to our next visit!

Exceptional stay. Exceeded all expectations

Condo is comfortable and well positioned on the golf course. But the most impressive aspect…the owner. We evacuated Sarasota thanks to Milton. Owner has understanding and flexible as we waited to hear if our home was still standing. Can’t say enough about his kindness.

Relaxing Oasis

This property was perfect for me and my husband. Located midway between Naples and Marco Island we frequented several different beaches and restaurants. We really enjoyed the Greenlinks pool with its tropical setting and abundance of tables, chairs and SHADE. A nice short walk from our front door. The condo was spacious, well equiped for cooking and beach going! And a master bath which included a large walkin shower. Having recently recovered from a broken foot, my husband's hip replacement, and our ages, we appreciated being on the first floor. The lanai provided a relaxing, private place to eat, watch golfers t-off, and see amazing sunrises as well as watch a variety of birds. We hope to return soon.

This is our family’s second time staying at this beautiful property. Clean comfortable and everything you need to enjoy your vacation!
