The Space:
The house features a thoughtfully designed layout to enhance your vacation experience. The Master Bedroom offers a King Bed and a serene retreat. Bedroom 2 provides 2 Twin Beds, perfect for guests or children. Bedroom 3 features a Queen Bed, ensuring comfortable accommodations for all. The Den includes a sofa and a TV, offering access to entertainment platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The heart of the home is the open-concept living area, seamlessly connecting the living space, kitchen, and dining room. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and a large island with seating. Adjacent to the living area is a dining room with a wooden table for six, lit by a bright chandelier. Outside, the private lanai includes a pool, a shower. Additional amenities comprise a fully equipped kitchen, a private lanai with a private pool, pool and beach towels, beach chairs, a soft-sided cooler, central A/C, Smart TVs, free WiFi, and parking options.

This home is located in the heart of Naples Park, which means it`s nestled between 2 of Naples`top beach destinations-Vanderbilt Beach (access to Ritz Carlton) and Delnor Wiggins State Pass. Vanderbilt is a beautiful spot to lounge and has access to parasailing and jet skis, at Wiggins state pass you can enjoy the eco-side with access to kayak rentals and fishing.
This home 1 mile from the Mercato, Naples premiere hot spot for dining, entertainment, and shopping. South Bay Marina is also less than 1 mile, The Waterside Shops 4 miles away.

Delightful stay

The house was great; clean, well supplied, easy to keep up, great location, perfect pool. We would definitely stay again. Sara was a wonderful host. She answered inquiries immediately and her husband came over within a short time to fix the minor repairs that occurred. I recommend this to anyone looking for a home in the Naples area.

This house was perfect for me and my husband plus my daughter, her husband and their one year old. It had everything we needed, it was clean and the pool was great!! When I had a question the host was very quick to respond. We would love to stay there again.

My family absolutely loved our stay! The house is as beautiful as the pictures. Great neighborhood location close to everything in Naples. Well appointed-house in Naples

This house has all amenities of a high-end house. It has a nice pool and outside seating area, open concept, and a kitchen to match. Although the house is close to the neighbors, the backyard/pool area feels private. The whole street is under construction, and there is an empty lot across the house. So if the outside street is importan to you, that is something to consider. Overall it’s a comfortable house good for relaxing.

Family Friendly Stay

Good location in Naples, close to the beach, grocery stores and shopping. Our family of five stayed and the house was not child proof but kid friendly. Plenty of beach toys and a few pool toys. The house was clean upon arrival and communication with the host was easy. This was certainly not the most well stocked home we’ve rented and for a week stay we needed to purchase a few extra things. There was a lot of construction on the street and within the neighborhood during our stay.

Absolute Perfection

Our family is very familiar with staying in VRBOs when traveling. We only expect and hope for a couple things 1. That the experience of booking is simple. 2. That the property owner is responsive and easy to work with. 3. The property is represented accurately and clean. Sarah and this property were absolutely spot on!!! Fantastic stay! The location is great. Very close to the beach. Very close to the grocery store and a quick drive into Naples or head north to Bonita Springs. We felt we were right In the perfect location to do anything we wanted. After a great day out shopping, dining at all the great restaurants close by, and hitting the beach, we looked forward to coming back to the property to relax in the pool or hang out in the living space watching tv. The layout was great for our family which included three teenage boys. Plenty of space and every detail of the house was so nice. Checkout was very simple. Sarah had us feeling like we were on vacation in our own house vs. having to manage a list of things while at the property. Zero stress! I would highly recommend this property and we hope to visit again soon. Thanks Sarah!!!

Great house!

We really loved our stay at Sarah's house. It was perfect for my family of 6. Due to the pandemic we spent most of our time at the house, and it was perfect. We enjoyed the warm weather, grill, and seating area outside. We also really appreciated the small touches - like toiletries in the bathroom, kitchen supplies and essentials, etc. We definitely hope to be back next year!

Great property for families

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It worked perfectly for our family of 6 with room for the kids to spread out. The pool was great and we used it every day. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We'll definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.
