The Space:

Morning light pulls across the Silverado fairway and through your balcony doors, where two dark wicker chairs and a white-painted wood ceiling frame the golf course and the distant hills beyond. This second-floor 1-bedroom condo is your quiet base for wine-country days, with no neighbors overhead and the resort's restaurants and market a short stroll down the path.



Sink into the sofa or upholstered armchair beside the gas fireplace with its white mantel as the 42-inch flat-screen takes over evening entertainment. Sliding glass doors open to the covered balcony above the fairway. The galley kitchenette runs dark granite and a diagonal tile backsplash with a proper electric range, dishwasher, and full-size fridge, and a wine fridge keeps the day's Silverado Trail finds chilled. A round dining table seats four for the evening's pour.



THE SILVERADO TRAIL

Step off your second-floor balcony and onto the Silverado Trail, the scenic route locals prefer for its intimate wineries and lighter traffic. Poe Wines is 0.2 miles down the road, Pahlmeyer 0.5, and Del Dotto's historic caves — where you taste straight from the barrel — are 0.7 miles away. The on-site Silverado Market & Bakery (0.1 mi) covers coffee and pastries, and the Mansion Bar & Terrace is a short stroll for an evening cocktail. This privately owned condo sits within the Silverado Resort community but is managed by Casago — no daily resort charge. The Silverado golf courses are not available to condo guests; excellent courses open to the public, such as Chardonnay and Eagle Vines, are a short drive away. The spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee — check with the resort for current details.

The Silverado golf courses and main resort pool are not available to condo guests; the spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee — check with the resort for current details. The whole condo is yours, with a gas fireplace and a private balcony on the golf-course view. Punch in the keypad code on arrival; one parking space comes with the unit.



The Neighborhood:

You're perfectly positioned along the famous Silverado Trail, Napa Valley's scenic wine route lined with 400+ world-class wineries. Just steps away (0.1 miles), Silverado Market & Bakery serves fresh coffee and pastries. The resort's Mansion Bar & Terrace is practically next door for upscale dining. Within walking distance, explore tasting rooms like Poe Wines (0.2 mi) and the Napa Valley Tasting Barn (0.7 mi). Del Dotto's historic wine caves are just 0.7 miles away for their famous barrel tastings. When you're ready to stock up, Monticello Deli & Market (0.9 mi) offers gourmet provisions, while Nob Hill Foods (2.1 mi) handles full grocery needs. For a special dinner out, Cordeiro's Steakhouse (0.8 mi) serves prime cuts in an elegant setting. Getting Around:

Napa is about an hour from San Francisco — a scenic drive across the East Bay and up into wine country. You'll have two parking spaces at the condo. While VINE Transit buses do serve Napa, having your own vehicle gives you the freedom to explore at your own pace. A car makes the valley easy to explore — tasting rooms, restaurants, and vineyards are spread from Carneros up to Calistoga. For tasting days, plan a designated driver or book a rideshare ahead — it makes the whole day easier.



Other Things to Note:

• The condo stays naturally cool thanks to air conditioning — a real blessing during Napa's warm summer days.

• This privately-owned condo is within the Silverado Resort community but managed by Casago — no daily resort charge.

• On-site restaurants, market, and shops are open to all.

• The Silverado golf courses are not available to condo guests — excellent courses open to the public, such as Chardonnay and Eagle Vines, are a short drive away.

• The main resort pool is also not available. The community pool near your condo is open year-round and included in your stay. It is heated from Memorial Day through Labor Day and unheated the rest of the year.

• The Silverado spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee set by the resort; please check with Silverado directly for current rates and policies, as they can change.

• Your second-floor location means less foot traffic overhead.

• The wine fridge in your bar area is perfect for chilling white wines and rosés from your tastings.

• The primary renter must be 25 or older.

• Please note there's no elevator access to this second-floor unit.

• Coin-operated laundry facilities are located near the community pool — this unit does not have an in-unit washer/dryer.
