Enjoy dining on the deck overlooking the ocean after a relaxing day at the beach in this newly renovated house in Surfside. Located across from Surfside beach, which has a changing station and snack stand, this house has 3 well appointed bedrooms on the first floor and 1 on the upper level. The upper level has a 'great room' with living room, kitchen and dining room- all with views of the ocean. 13A Western Avenue can be rented as a stand-alone home or together with neighboring 13B Western Avenue to accommodate 16 guests.

As with all Copley Nantucket properties, guests of 13A Western Avenue have access to Copley's complimentary concierge service for help making restaurant suggestions, recommending fishing excursions on beach or by boat, day trips, car rentals, and more.

Lovely home so close to the beach!

We loved our vacation at this home! It's right across the street from the beach and has lovely views of the water from the deck. Everything in the house was clean and well-maintained. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location and really clean/updated house.

We had a great week and the location can't be beat. The house was amazing as well. Overall, I highly recommend this property. Everything was handled great by the property management team.

Location location location!

Perfect location for traveling with children. Steps from Surfside beach & central to pretty much everything. Easy drive into town & nice bike trails. House was well appointed & comfortable. The lower level gets chilly so bring warm pajamas! Overall, a wonderful experience.

Perfect house and location

This beautiful house in Surfside was perfect for our family of five. Clean and contemporary and literally steps from the beach. We enjoyed all of it, the yard, the front porch, the deck and grill, the outdoor shower- perfect! Susan was wonderful and quick to reply to any questions I had throughout our stay. We definitely plan to come again!
