"Lovely hotel."

"The hotel is nice for a short stay however could do with a few upgrades but generally well maintained. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and throughout the stay our 2 dogs were made to feel relaxed and happy. The shower in the room was so small you struggled to move about and the shower gel provided even though smelt lovely was obviously watered down. "Stayed one night the inn was nice and the staff very friendly. The food was good in the restaurant and a good breakfast. The car park was full when we arrived and my car was damaged overnight with no note left. "

No towels provide, bed was unmade on arrival, hot tub was not cleaned let alone heated for arrival. Was definitely not as advertised, a break to relax and recharge. "This is a lovely property. It was very peaceful and just what we wanted. Everything you need in the house is there. There are lots of small towns to visit nearby and an afternoon picnic sitting next to lake Bala was very relaxing. It is ideal for a family. I have no hesitation in recommending this property."

"There are places you can stay and wonder if they are worth the cost. Rest assured this isn't one of them. Isolated, quiet and rural with a spectacular location in the North Wales countryside. Lack of light pollution makes the night sky amazing in the hot tub. The host is wonderful and the place is top drawer.
