"키친, 세탁 시설을 포함한 넓은 방, 친절한 직원, 넓이 대비 저렴한 가격을 생각하면 꼭 다시 와야 할 것 같지만, 사용자 경험을 생각하면 꼭 그렇지도 않습니다. 란도르는 인건비를 절감하여 가성비를 올리는 구조의 체인이기 때문에, 직원들이 오전 10시-오후10시 까지만 근무하는 구조는 납득할 만 합니다. 하지만 이 것 때문에 10시 이후에는 체크인이 매우 불편해지고, 메일로 메인 로비 입장용 비밀번호를 미리 받지 못하면 체크인이 불가능하기도 합니다. 퇴실시에 대여했던 가습기를 반납하는데 직원이 없어서 사진 처럼 카운터에 두고 ..."
