"Very nice new hotel! The rooms were clean and cute. Plenty of hot water and a nice shower, although there’s not a shower door so the bathroom gets wet. The beds are big and comfy and the AC works well. Good location up the hill from downtown and a short walk to many restaurants. They even let us check in late at 1am from a night bus. Would recommend! "

"Beautiful property out of town which made it quieter but was a 17 min walk uphill from town. There was a shuttle every hour. There was construction, which is in most parts of Vietnam, that started at 6am. Overall a great property and service. "

"Located remote area far from main road. Amenities are not standard need to bring own daily use. No lighting around. No breakfast available. Far from restaurants. Room key is not safe able to open from corridor. Apart from that Elevator provided. Nice hill view. Overall not recommended to stay there. "

"Great little hotel in the centre of Sa Pa walkable to all. Super comfy bed and pillows, Staff was very attentive and found us extra pillows! Breakfast was the normal local but they did have fried eggs for us westerner's. Umbrellas for walking in the rain too! highly recommend!"

The amenities were clean with good water pressure and the included breakfast was great with a range of hot foods, fruits, breads and made to order eggs. The spa treatments were directly across the road, would highly recommend the Edan package."

"The mountain view room was a great comfortable room with two double beds, lovely linen, cubicle shower in the bath, and a wow view. The location is central, close to Fancipan station and all the action. We enjoyed our stay immensely."
