BEACH ESCAPE! Enjoy the "Sea Swell" house, a beach retreat in the Outer Banks, and evenings relaxing around your fire pit. Located in the heart of Nags Head and steps from shopping, activities, and a short walk to the beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath (plus an outdoor shower) is great for groups up to 7, with ample space inside and multiple outdoor spaces to relax.

We offer a convenient check-in for guests with a keyless entry system. The kitchen is set up for cooking at home on those nights you just want to chill at the cottage. It is equipped with pots and pans, a variety of cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, baking dishes, a toaster, a blender, and a Keurig coffee maker.

There is a BBQ grill and some great fish markets nearby.

The backyard, ground level and upper deck are fenced in and gated so you can let your dog out of the house to explore.

Guests will have the entire house, which includes a ground level with a carport, swings, chairs, picnic table, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and fire pit. This level also has a storage unit with all beach supplies (a beach cart, 6 chairs, umbrellas, cooler) plus 5 cruiser bikes for exploring. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the downstairs storage unit.

The house has a living space with a big screen Smart TV. YouTube TV is provided for watching live channels and you can access your own streaming services. The kitchen has bar stools around the counter and the dining table has seating for six. There are 3 bedrooms (one with a king bed, a second with a queen, and a third bedroom with bunk beds - twin over full. The queen bedroom and bunk room have TVs that use Roku sticks. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub in the main hallway, as well as a full master bathroom attached to the master bedroom..

The house can accommodate up to 2 dogs and has a fenced-in yard. If you have a special request please reach out to us.

We had a lovely visit to this property. It was close to the beach and centrally located to all of the attractions in the Outer Banks. We appreciated the amenities and the fire pit was a treat. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. We would definitely recommend!!

Amazing Stay!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. Location wise - this is perfect for everything. Walking distance to beach. We chose this cottage because of the fenced yard for our dogs and it definitely did not disappoint. We loved being able to have our dogs with us on vacation and this is one of the few in OBX that has a fenced yard so we don’t have to keep our dogs on lease for every potty break.

What a gem!

Can't say enough about how impressed we were with this property. It is amazingly clean - so clean you would never know that it is pet friendly. The furniture is very comfortable, and the rooms are all well-appointed. The linens and towels were above average and very comfortable. The master bathroom was awesome for a beach house - completed with heated floor. Accessories were no exception to the high-quality feel of this cottage. The laundry room was well equipped - and everything was in good order. The bikes were all set to go - clean, modern and of good quality. The fire pit was all set up and was a great refuge at night, with plenty of firewood if you were up for a marathon session. The location is great - just a five-minute walk to public access (Baltic Rd) and the provided beach buggy was great for hauling everything we needed. Can't say enough good things about the place and how it enhanced our stay. We hope to return.

Short OBX trip

2 couples enjoyed 2 nights staying at this home in Nags Head. The place was very clean, kitchen well stocked, and beds comfy. It’s about 2 blocks from the ocean- easily walkable. We rode the bikes along the multi use trail that is nearby. There’s a nice fire pit, though we didn’t have time to take advantage of that. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. Very close to Jockey’s Ridge. It’s close to the main highway, but is very quiet. We appreciated that there was a starter supply of garbage bags, paper towels, TP, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Weekend Retreat

Great place in convenient location to many local attractions, restaurants and shops. The house was just as described with the bikes and swings being a huge hit. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The house is well appointed and tastefully decorated. The towels and linens were of good quality and a nice touch as many other rentals in the area didn’t provide. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect house and location

The house was exactly like it was advertised. It was clean and very comfortable. Had a homie feel to it. Everyone said they loved the house and the location was perfect . It was walking distance to the beach, local grocery store was right nearby and Centrally located to good restaurants. I would definitely recommend this house.

Nags Head Getaway

Our family enjoyed staying at the Nags Head beach house. It was super cute and stocked with everything we needed within the house and for the beach. The little ones loved playing on the swing set. The coffee shop a short walk from the house was a plus each morning. We rode bikes from the house to the fishing pier. The entire family enjoyed the rented golf cart trips around the town to the restaurant and stores. We enjoyed our time and would definitely go back. .

Ocean Bliss

The property was perfection for our Family and we would not have changed a thing! Location was close to the beach and was also close to a great ice-cream shop that we enjoyed after our adventures in the waves. We were literally minutes away from everything and anything we could ask for… shopping, great restaurants, mini golf, fishing, all which created lasting memories for our whole Family!! The ownership was thoughtful and kept us top of mind throughout our stay. We will definitely be booking another stay😊

Great Family Vacation Spot

We had a great family vacation here at the end of June. Our fur babies loved having a fenced yard to play in, it suited our needs perfectly. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and 2 fur babies. Will keep in mind for future vacations.

Perfect Memorial Day Vacation

Nice, cozy weekend

This property is very well kept with cute decor, The kitchen was well stocked. We actually stayed an extra night because we loved sitting on the porch reading and relaxing. The beach is only a few steps away. However, you do have to cross the street to reach the beach. We contacted our host once, which he quickly responded. Thank you for such an enjoyable weekend. We will be returning soon.

We stayed here to go to our sons house in Manteo, for Thanksgiving. Property was just as described, with everything you needed. Great location and perfect beach bungalow around MP 10.5 in Nags Head.

Great Place!

We had a wonderful time on our trip! The house was perfect for us and are 2 dogs! Everything was so clean, beds and showers were great, short walk to the beach and coffee shop, central location to get anywhere you wanted to explore. The house had everything we needed and more. Bikes to ride and all the beach gear. The outdoor shower was great every time we came back from the beach. Great space both upstairs and downstairs. The communication was great with our host. It’s one of our favorite places we’ve stayed, and we would definitely stay here again!

Girls week at the beach 2023

We had an amazing time during our stay. Two adults and three teenagers enjoyed the week, and our furry friends as well! This house is in a great location, very convenient to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. We rented this house specifically because of the set up in the driveway that would allow our dogs to run the yard without being leashed. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable all around. Communication with the owner was great! Thank you!

Perfect for family’s with multiple kids!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. Everything was clean and surpassed our expectations. The coffee and ice cream shops across the street are extremely convenient and worth the 2 min walk. With beach access not to far and easily accessible. We will definitely consider booking again.
