Located in the quieter area of South Nags Head, 215, Spitler is a quaint and cozy Oceanside vacation rental home that is just a few lots away from the beach. Enjoy the more tranquil side of the Outer Banks beaches while only being a short drive from shopping, restaurants, fishing piers, golf (and miniature golf), and great sites like the Bodie Island lighthouse and Oregon Inlet.

The home's interior features a beach-style with amenities to keep the entire family entertained, including WiFi!

And if you enjoy an active lifestyle, South Nags Head features a large sidewalk area that runs for miles, providing an enjoyable experience for joggers and bikers.

** To keep rental costs down, this OBX home does not provide linens. However, a linen package can be provided for an extra fee. Please contact Cove Realty of Nags Head for more information on this home's linen rental package. Also, Cove Realty is a Green company that limits excessive waste.  As such, linens, toiletry items, cleaning supplies, and so forth, are not supplied at the rental home, so please be mindful to bring these with you or be ready to purchase upon arrival to the Outer Banks.

Beautiful location steps to the beach which was wonderful! Upon arrival, we picked up our keys (pretty easy) and went to the house....to find out the keys did not work! Ugh! So 2 hrs later, we were finally able to get in. Everyone was super nice and did what they could to handle the key debacle. House is cute and was very clean. AC worked like a champ!!! Beds were not that comfortable but tolerable, so beware... all in all, We would def stay here again!!

Great location

Great little house for two/three people . Beach access is amazing ! Quite Street , super nice people that live there year round . Outside shower lovely ! Only negative is the steps are steep going in and out of the screened porch . No landing at the top of the steps , so makes hauling things in the house little tricky . Have to say the best equipped kitchen I’ve seen a long time .

Wonderful location! We could see the ocean from the porch!

Beautiful town with clean beach. Kitchen was outdated but had everything we needed. Air conditioning worked great & shower was sufficient. Beds were comfortable & there was plenty of room. We enjoyed rustic like decor. Thank you!

While the property is more cabin feel on the inside, it is perfect for a beach getaway just a few steps to the beach. So convenient. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of room in the living area for 4 adults. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil needed for cooking. We ordered the linen package for convenience but it's rather pricey to do this. You could buy enough sheets/towels for the cost, or bring your own if you have 2 sets of twin sheets and 2 sets of double sheets.

Cute, rustic cottage.

We really like this place and will use it again. It was just what we were looking for - close to the beach and in the less crowded South Nags Head. If your looking for a hot tub and crystal chandeliers, look elsewhere, but it you want something cozy and comfortable, just 100 steps to the beach, it's great. The kitchen has about every utensil and pan you could want. My husband and two boys like to fish, and it is an easy walk to the Outer Banks pier (a bit pricey to fish from though). Overall, a thumbs up for Spitler!
