With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

The room had a puddle of water and smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. The desk clerk said it would take 4 hours to investigate (this is at 11:30 pm which require us to stay up until 3:30 am. Too late for 75 year olds) she had no ability to switch us. We contacted cascade and was told they couldn’t help and disconnected us twice. Horrible customer service

Good place for a good price. Beach access was super easy and hotel was located close to stuff to walk to. Didn’t like the parking was a block away or you could pay to park next to the building.

Its okay

It is very clean, trying to get towels and wash cloths is a pain in the butt. Evening/Night shift staff are very RUDE!!! Quite time is suppose to be 11pm-6am but alot of people didnt listen to that. The beds are very uncomfortable. Paying over to 2 grand you'd think our stay would have been better. I prolly wont stay there again.

The location was really good, close to a lot of things.? Loved the view from the balcony. All the employees were so friendly and helpful. My 7 year old son loved the tropical show at the pool deck. I was surprised you had to park in a garage on the opposite block but it seems all the hotels do that. E would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

We loved being just steps away from the silky sands of the beach! The unit had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Nice that a very good breakfast buffet was included, but a hassle having to wait 20 minutes for a table and then another 10 minutes in line.

Confused

Had a great time. The property was clean, the staff was great. The only negative input I have has to do with way the property was listed. I found it under VRBO, but the property is actually rented by Vacasa. I was get emails and texts from both, making it confusing as to who I was actually renting from.

The room was as pictured except the tub needs redone the bottom is stripping away. Overall the hotel was nice and the staff was very nice and helpful. Location is great.

Great location

Location and view were amazing. Check in not so good. Was supposed to be able to check in by 4 it was almost 4:30 and when we were finally able to go up to our room housekeeping was still there. Room is very small but we only were in it to sleep. Room needs some sprucing up. Cabinets on the bottom look like they have been chewed up. Baseboards in the bathroom look like they have never been cleaned. Bathtub is peeling. The base of the floor lamp is rusted as well as the sprinkler in the ceiling. Just looks bad and it’s those little details that make or break a place for me.
