Sea Spirit - Oceanfront in Garden City Beach

The SEA SPIRIT offers a luxurious atmosphere in which your family can create vacation memories that will last a lifetime. Located on one of the most exclusive and spacious lots in Garden City and allowing for more than ample parking. The over 5000 square feet of professionally decorated interior includes 2 living areas, each with their own large flat screen TV, and 2 ocean front master bedrooms with jacuzzi tubs. There's even a pool table, wet bar and refrigerator in the upstairs living area. A gourmet kitchen with double oven, 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators makes taming those vacation appetites a breeze. When it's time to wash the beach towels, a large laundry room with cabinets and counters comes in handy. Ready to venture outside? Enjoy an unparalleled view of the entire Grand Strand from the second floor porch or kick back in a rocking chair downstairs on the expansive porch watching the waves roll in. The ocean front private pool waterfalls into a kiddie pool. For 'off season' enjoyment there is a private hot tub and the pool is heated from March 1 to May 30 and September 1 to November 1 provided the air temperature does not fall below 55 degrees. Approximate pool dimensions are 14' x 28'. Walkway to beach. Outside shower. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.

I would certainly stay here again with my family. This fits the needs of my many grandchildren. The company was sympathetic to the lack of air conditioning but it did not get fixed in a timely fashion.

Review of Sea Spirit stay

Property was nice Kitchen and dishes felt dirty - cleaned everything before use. Not enough silverware at all Pots and pans were very worn and dangerous with peeling coatings. Liked the openness of house and the flow Hot tub ran the entire time- buttons worn off. Had to put water in pool- suctioning sound because water below skimmer(not a complaint just want you to be aware). Would rent again if kitchen updated with appropriate level of utensils, pots and pans.

Great property. Excellent beach and access. Great hot tub and pool. Ideal for children under 10 years. Excellent layout. Excellent covered porch. Rocking chairs on porch - minimally functional. Overall excellent property.

Great location, Great house

We absolutely loved our time at the Sea Spirit house. The location is great. It's down a little bit, so away from the large crowds. Not too many people on the beach. The house itself is great. Completely as advertised. The furniture is really nice and seems relatively new. The beds were all decent too. The only issues were the grill outside is kind of old and rusted and there was a minor leak in the ceiling in the kitchen (little drips for about 10-15 minutes). Service came out to check it out immediately. We also had a really small issue with the kiddy pool (it wasn't filling), but again someone came out right away and fixed it. Management was very responsive. Overall it was a fantastic vacation. I would highly recommend this house.

Great Family Vacation!

This home was perfect for our family group of 20! The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Location was great! It was towards the end of the road where the traffic wasn't bad at all. We walked and biked 2 miles to the pier, coffee shop, and little stores. The drive to the Marsh Walk was short and a neat place to spend the evening. Krogers was close and we even had them deliver our paper products and groceries for the week. We would stay here again! Thank you for a great place to stay for our family vacation.

Great
