Enjoy the View! Updated North Tower SeaWatch Condo

This beautiful, oceanfront 1 bedroom condo was remodeled from top to bottom in May of 2023. It is located on the 7th floor of the Sea Watch North Tower and provides beautiful direct oceanfront views. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while watching seagulls, pelicans, and the occasional dolphin. The ultimate way to start your day.

From the moment you walk in, you will feel relaxed and care-free. The owners of “Myrtle Beach Seagull Splendor” have spared no expense to make this a memorable and relaxing stay for you. Fully equipped to accommodate all your needs as well as your comforts. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 4 persons.

You will enjoy the updated furnishings and decor as well as the fully stocked kitchen, including stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook, bake and prepare whatever your heart desires (coffee maker, blender, etc.). Enjoy the newly installed luxury vinyl plank flooring (and no carpet). To add to your vacation experience, there are 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as children’s beach toys, and games inside the condo . There are two Smart TVs and Wi-Fi access as well. Enjoy your favorite streaming services such as Netflix. Additionally, be sure and take advantage of our high-powered binoculars for watching the sea life and passing ships. Of course, linens and towels are provided for you, and if you forget your beach towel, no problem; we’ve got you covered.

The perfect condo for our family! The kitchen was top of the line and extremely clean. The living area was cozy. The owners left umbrellas and chairs for us to use. The king size bed was so comfortable we didn’t wake up once. The owners responded within minutes with any questions we had.

Great Place to Enjoy Summer Vacation

We have stayed at Sea Watch Resort quite a few times before this, but never through VRBO or this particular room. I would highly recommend staying here. The resort is has two very nice pools and a lot of activities throughout the week. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The room itself is very updated and has a great view of the pool/ocean. They even have a few beach chairs, games, and snacks that you can use. I know this is small, but we loved the fact that they had two nice Adirondack chairs in the balcony instead of the old cheap white chairs that most rooms have. To sum it all up, we had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here. We will definitely be revisiting this VRBO listing.

we took a trip for my sons 4th birthday, check in instructions were clear and easy to do. room was short distance to all attractions we wanted to attend. hosts responded in great time and detail when contacted. overall stay was awesome! would definitely recommend!

Sea Watch 1 bedroom condo

Perfect little updated condo with beach and pool views in Myrtle Beach. The hostess had several extra touches and we didn't want for anything. Very clean. You could walk downstairs for coffee in the morning or make it in the room. Good location to restaurants and golf as well. We would stay here again!

Anniversary trip

Our stay was amazing! The host was great with communication and so easy to work with! I couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay in their condo! It was exactly how described! Perfect for a girls weekend

Loved staying here! Very clean and a wonderful view. Snacks and coffee were a nice touch. Perfect for a weekend trip. The owners were also very responsive and helpful and let us know we could check in early which was great (but we ended up being late, lol). The only downside is likely due to lots of people using the wifi, we were unable to get the TV (Netflix, etc.) to work at all. Would have been a bummer for a longer stay, but I didn't mind for the weekend.

Wonderful Weekdays!

We stayed four nights as we were traveling in between weekend golf tournaments and loved every minute. Hosts were incredible and condo was exactly as pictured/described in the listing. Decor is beautiful - such a calm and relaxing environment! We will definitely be back!

The condo was pristine!! Everything was newly updated and beautiful! The bed was so comfy!! And the view was amazing !
