Very nice

Was very nice an clean. Was perfect for us. Just walk across the road to the beach an plenty other attractions an shops in walking distance. An free parking is of course always nice. Host wa always nice trying to answer any questions we had.

Unexpected property

The hosts of this property were very kind people and they own a store below the property. Their employee, Rochelle, was a rock star. That being said, the property was not what we thought it would be. The photos were a little misleading and the check in process was a total mess. We got to the property after 8 pm and could not get in until after 9. The host kept saying the cleaning lady would be right down. When we got up to the room, the bedding for one room was in the dryer and the washer was full of wet towels. I realize that there were issues with the previous guests, but that was tough. I was also surprised because the description stated that it was an upscale condominium. The property is dated and in need of remodeling. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hot water. The cooking utensils were old and hard to cook with. The neighborhood was a little rough and there were sirens every night. We did enjoy our stay, but we were careful to be in early and not walk around at night.

Great location, very inaccurate listing

All and all its a good spot. The price was fair, I wouldnt call it upscale. Location is great, on the strip, close to the beach, close to the boardwalk. Photo of views not accurate, there is 5 story building blocking most of the beach view now. Daily construction was a headache. Not very clean, the garbage disposal and dishwasher spewed water if ran. One toilet ran non stop unless you turn the water off Tvs are outdated. Deck furniture is cheap plastic and a wobbly rusted table. No grill even though it was in the listing. The deck itself is big and private but needs attention. Lots of nails sticking up and splinters. We were told we couldn't check in until 7pm, the listing said 3.

Loved our stay

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The deck was our favorite part even though the view was not as pictured. There is now a building blocking most of the ocean view. The street view can be entertaining though. Unit was clean, we had everything we needed. Check in was extremely easy, host was pleasant. Would definitely stay there again..

Nice condo but not as advertised with location and view

Condo was very nice. The pictures of the views from balcony is outdated. A new condo is built blocking a lot of the ocean view seen on the picture. And lastly the location says boardwalk and it’s one street over where all vehicles go through town.

Surprised But Safe

This property was clean and quaint but the pictures were slightly deceiving online in that we were not on the beach and could not see the beach from the deck unless we leaned over to the right as there was a new hotel/structure being built directly in front of the property. If you are seniors please be prepared to walk up 3 sets of stairs and take your time. Aside from that, we made the best of a surprising situation and felt safe while there.

Small mishap in the beginning due to my error. But Bob was completely understanding and everything was easily and quickly rectified. Inside apartment is beautiful and open area great for little ones to run around. Everything you need for a great time. Piece of advice is when rinsing off outside from beach, let hose run before spraying on yourself as it sits partly in the sun and may be hot at first.. would totally recommend and would go back next time we come down

would not recommend

pictures on line obviously old, house was musty, traffic noise was horrible all day all night. no ocean view as a new building is being built right in front of the house, 27 stairs to enter and exit on, not listed it the ad. My husband has MS and found the stairs very difficult .
