Con capacidad para 6 con 1 cama queen, 2 camas individuales y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. The access to the beach was great and parking space easy access. The property very dated. I have always had some supplies at Vrbo in past there was not a small complimentary soap for bathroom no kitchen sponge or dish detergent or pod for de. Seems small but that’s so helpful. No beach chairs or umbrella in property need to bring everything your self or rent them . Would not stay there again

We enjoyed Princeton House 1 and are returning customers from past years. The place was clean and well kept. I had an issue with a broken blind that they fixed right away, Dunes Reality is very responsive and great to work with.

It was a good place to stay for the price.

It was a good place for the price. The furniture definitely needs updated. Cleanliness was fair. Dunes was definitely the easiest place ever to check in. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes.

Just focus on the beach!

We came for the beach and this property delivered! Great access to beautiful views and walk out to a beautiful beach. However… the condo flooring was pretty gross… the carpet in the bedrooms were beyond appropriate as a rental. The decor was old (circa 1984) but I can get past that- but the carpet was disgusting! Flip Flops recommend!

Excellent location has issues

Its roomy. Its by the beach. The decor is 1980s. The kitchen stove needs replaced. 2 back burners dont work.sinks in Master bedroom doesnt drain. The repairman looked at it. Still didnt work. The sofa smells moldy and stinks. We had no heat first night. They fixed it by5pm next day. Temps in 40s. Cold. Carpet in master bedroom is filthy & stained. Toilets slow to flush. It was roomy. Great location. Needs work.

Great location

Great location, easy access to the beach. A little outdated but had the basic necessities. Would have liked screens on windows in order to leave them open. Price was reasonable.

Unit needs TLC

We love the location of the property and easy access to the beach. The unit needs work. The furniture was old and two chairs were very dirty. The kitchen needed a few things. Had to go by a knife at the store so we could cook dinner. Would have been nice to have a few bowls with lids to use. Both bedrooms needed curtains, very bright and rooms stayed warm. Bathroom floors were very dirty. Great spot to bad the unit is so outdated and run down.

Fantastic location right on the beach!

Yes, this property's interior is very dated. BUT, you cannot beat the location. You are right on the water. Just a short beautifully landscaped boardwalk separates you from the sand. The fact that this unit is on the first floor is an added bonus. High enough to be above the dunes without all the stairs to climb each day. We discovered long ago that updated decor comes at a much higher price, especially right on the beach. And you are there for the beach. The condo is where you rest your head. A few suggestions. The stove needs to be replaced ASAP. We spent a ton at the grocery store to cook all week and the stove barely works. As in it malfunctioned all week. DO NOT USE THE REAR BURNER! Towards the end of our trip, the fridge handle came off in our hand when opening it. The outdoor chairs are super flimsy and uncomfortable. Those could use an update so renters can comfortably enjoy the spectacular view. Overall, we loved our stay at this condo! It looks like the owners have begun some updates, as the carpet in the living area as been replaced with rustic vinyl plank flooring. Much cleaner!

Surf side vacation

Easy to check in/out. Large enough for my husband, my dad and myself. Right on the beach and very affordable.
