If you are looking for the perfect place to get away from it all, this condo is it! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo can host 6 people! The main bedroom has a King size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins, and the sofa pulls out to a Queen size bed. New LVP flooring just installed! Freshly painted with new living room and dining room furniture! New dressers and bed frames in both bedrooms! We are centrally located to everything making it hard to decide what you will do first! We are a short drive to the beach, 15 min from the airport, 5 min from Broadway at the Beach and 15 min from Barefoot Landing. There are mini golf courses EVERYWHERE! No matter your age, there is PLENTY to do to keep you and your family or friends happy! Even if you just want to sit on the porch and enjoy the fresh air, we have a GREAT view of the golf course. The best part is that your fur babies are always welcome! We have a dog bed for your dog(s) and a cat bed/hideaway for your cat(s), as well as a Cat Tree in the unit. Newly installed screen door off of the back porch is PERFECT for letting out your dog or taking a walk out back. We hope you come see us and make our condo your home away from home!!!

Excellent property

Property was nice and clean and a had an issue with the dishwasher and they handled the problem right away. They also gave me a gift card because they couldn’t fix the issue during my stay. I highly recommend.

Lovely Condo close to the beach

Cozy condo just 1 left turn from the beach. Love the fact they are pet lovers and we were able to bring our fur babbies with us. Will definitely have to reserve here for our next stay

Tranquil spot on the golf cpurse

Enjoyed our weekend in this corner unit with a screened in porch where it was so enjoyable to drink coffee and watch the golfers tee off. Love that it was pet friendly. Easy check in and out. Unit was clean. Owner had good communication. Hope to return here in the future.

Bow Wow!!!

We were so pleasantly surprised to find the accommodations as were advertised. Such a lovely area, clean and well equipped condo and so sweet to provide dog toys for our Tilley! Our only suggestion would be if you could please provide glass plates (we love to cook!!!). We hope to come back next year and stay longer!! Such a great spot!!!

Awesome Rental in Perfect Location

My family and I loved staying here. I noticed all of the personalized touches right away. The rental was clean, bright, and airy. The location is perfect.. only 6 minutes away from Broadway at The Beach, less than 10 minutes from the beach, and 2 minutes from a 24hr CVS. The pool was clean and not crowded when we went. The owner communicated very well. We have already told other friends about how great this rental was and plan to stay again!

Great beach condo

Very clean, cute, quiet beach condo. Although not beachfront, location is great! Located within 15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go; restaurants, beach, Broadway at the Beach, and the Boardwalk on the beach. Private pool access. Lots of places to walk on the property. We brought our 75 pound Boxer dog. Very pet friendly with lots of places to walk him on the property.

Perfect vacation location

The check in and check out process was convenient no face to face interaction required. The property was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. When we had questions Kent was always responsive In less than 5 minutes. We really found the washer and dryer in the unit convenient. The pools on property were nice to relax in the sun by or take refreshing dip. The condo is located near all major places in South Myrtle beach and a very short ride to beach. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Beautiful Condo in a lovely neighborhood

I can’t say enough on how well appointed and maintained this incredible golf course view condo is. It is light and airy, painted in beach pastels and white. Gorgeous bedding and furniture. The condo had everything we needed to cook, a beautiful screened porch and thoughtful touches. The neighborhood was pristine and there were numerous paths all around us to walk. The condo development boasts at least three pools, all of which were fantastic. Thank you for hosting us…we look forward to coming back.

Nice condo unit with a screen back patio overlooking a golf course. Was pet friendly and very supportive of our dog. Several pools and a short drive to the beach. Hope to be back next year.
